What is the biggest low level nuisance behaviour in the city? What can police do to help prevent it?

00:00Depending on where you go around Bristol you see graffiti and fly-tipping, so those those things are probably on the up.
00:08I think the graffiti are really annoying, but obviously they do no harm.
00:14They just make the city look dirtier.
00:18And then yeah, fly-tipping sometimes. I think...
00:23I don't want to take away the homeless people, but there's just lots of rubbish.
00:27I think in the current economic situation that we all find ourselves in,
00:31that the councils and police forces are under a lot of strain to cover those costs to do that enforcement.
00:38So it is tricky and they've got to allocate their resources.
00:42It depends. It depends on whether you're looking at unlimited resource or not.
00:46I mean, you know, if we had unlimited resource and I'm sure a lot more could be done,
00:50I'd like to think it would be done in a constructive way rather than just punishing people.
00:54But we live in straitened times, so it's rather difficult.
