01:21a diplomatic clearance is waiting for repatriation.

01:24We are now going to evacuate our people by whatever means, by air or by sea.

01:30Let's make all the preparations so that all our assets are ready.

01:35As long as the embassy gives us the clearance,

01:40and they say that our people can go,

01:42we will be able to leave immediately

01:44so that they don't have to wait for a long time in dangerous areas.

01:50The President also attended the bilateral meeting of the Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Ching

01:54which is focused on improving the relationship between the Philippines and Vietnam

01:57in agriculture and trade.

01:59Vietnam is one of the main neighbors in the Philippines.

02:03But there is another clear difference like the two countries.

02:07Both have a part of the South China Sea that enters their exclusive economic zone

02:11that is occupied by China and has already arrived in its frontiers.

02:16There is an ongoing agreement on incident prevention between the Philippines and Vietnam,

02:20a mechanism to avoid tension between the five countries.

02:24But will a peace agreement be enough for the neighbors of the Philippines in ASEAN?

02:29Before taking his seat,

02:31President Marcos gave the importance of ASEAN's unity

02:35on important issues in the region,

02:37especially in Segalote in the South China Sea.

02:39For decades, a Code of Conduct has been pursued,
