Asean to formulate 'new strategies' to resolve Myanmar situation – Marcos

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says that Asean is trying to formulate "new strategies" to seek progress in brokering an end to Myanmar's civil war, without giving details on what those strategies could be.

"We have to admit that although the five points have been out there... we have not been very successful in actually changing the situation," Marcos tells journalists on the sidelines of Asean summit.
