(Adnkronos) - “Abbiamo portato al salone delle Csr il progetto Adamo, nato circa un anno e mezzo fa per creare awareness sul tema della genitorialità in azienda. Vogliamo essere un esempio per il legislatore”. 00:24In particular, I presented the Adamo project, which is a project launched a year and a half ago
00:30to support parenting in companies and, as a result, try to contribute to reverse the negative trend of birth.
00:39Adamo is a project that we launched to create awareness on the subject of parenting in Italy,
00:47to have an impact by improving our corporate policies on the subject
00:54and then with the aim of becoming a point of reference for the legislator.
00:59Adamo is a project that does not involve only Kraft Heinz Italy, but now involves other companies
01:05such as Adenred, Chicco, Dolphin and we have a technical partner Variazioni
01:10with the aim of creating networks to try to bring change together.
