00:00Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Assalamu Alaikum.
00:23Let's talk about what is happening with the Ayani Tarawih.
00:26People's Party has gone to Maulana Nawaz Sharif.
00:31Ayani Tarawih is not coming.
00:33Maulana is very happy.
00:36Kalpeti is also very happy.
00:38I don't know if People's Party is happy or not.
00:43Let's talk about what is happening with Maulana.
00:45Before that, let's talk about another development.
00:49This is related to the common man.
00:51A few months ago, there was a discussion about IPPs.
00:54People get so much expensive electricity.
00:57You all know that electricity is more than rent.
01:02We have made agreements with IPPs that they have to pay capacity charges.
01:10Even if they don't produce electricity, they have to pay.
01:18That's why we have made agreements.
01:20There have been demonstrations and protests.
01:22Government has said that they are working on it.
01:25They will give us good news.
01:27It seems that there is good news.
01:30We have all the reasons to believe that there is good news.
01:33Government has made agreements with 5 IPPs.
01:37They have to pay Rs. 411 billion.
01:42This benefit will be transferred to the public.
01:46More agreements will be made with IPPs.
01:50In this way, people will get Rs. 10 less in electricity.
01:57In the times to come.
01:59Let's talk to the relevant minister.
02:04Let's try to understand in simple words.
02:06Will there be less electricity for the people?
02:08If so, when?
02:09How many agreements have been made with IPPs?
02:12Are they from Pakistan or outside?
02:14Are they from the government of Pakistan or not?
02:17Let's try to understand this in simple words.
02:21We have with us the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
02:24Mr. Awais Laghari.
02:26Mr. Awais, Assalam-o-Alaikum.
02:28Assalam-o-Alaikum, Sir.
02:29Sir, thank you for your time.
02:32It's a good thing that these efforts are being made.
02:35We criticize the bad work that is being done.
02:40Within the limits of decency, of course.
02:42I think it's a good thing.
02:44We should appreciate it.
02:45Please explain it to us in a simple way.
02:48You said that this will save Rs. 411 billion annually.
02:53While the public will benefit from Rs. 60 billion.
02:56What does this mean?
02:57The public will not be able to transfer all the profits.
03:00What will happen?
03:01Thank you, Mr. Wasim.
03:03You invited me to your show today.
03:05Our government, after careful analysis,
03:10decided that in the next four months,
03:14we will take such measures
03:17that will reduce the cost of electricity by about Rs. 8 to Rs. 10 per unit.
03:25There are about six to seven different measures.
03:29At different times, as they are realized in the groups,
03:35we will continue to benefit the public.
03:38The first step was the selection of plants that we do not need in the system.
03:44There were five plants.
03:46In the next few years,
03:49we had to make a capacity payment of Rs. 411 billion,
03:54whether we take electricity from them or not.
03:57We did not feel the need to take electricity from them.
04:02In the next four months, we made a capacity payment of Rs. 411 billion.
04:08We said that you can retire your plants from now on.
04:12They agreed to it.
04:18The total amount of Rs. 411 billion that we had to pay them,
04:23we will save about Rs. 70 billion annually.
04:29The total amount of Rs. 411 billion will be about Rs. 70 billion per year.
04:34It will be translated into Rs. 70 paise per unit.
04:38Our consumers will get an advantage.
04:41They will get it forever.
04:43The Rs. 70 billion that we had to pay them annually,
04:47will be exhausted from the system.
04:50Because of this, the consumer will get an advantage.
04:53So, the Rs. 411 billion that we have to pay them,
04:56will be transferred to all the people.
05:01Yes, the Rs. 411 billion that we had to pay them,
05:06will be transferred to different plants in the near future and medium term.
05:13These plants were generating about 2,400 megawatts of electricity.
05:18There will be no deficit.
05:21We had more electricity than we needed.
05:23If we don't get these 2,400 megawatts, it won't make a difference.
05:26Nor will we get it from them.
05:28These were the most expensive plants.
05:31They were never dispatched.
05:33Because their energy price was expensive.
05:36And the surplus plants that we have,
05:39I have already told you in my statements,
05:42that to save 86 hours of load-shedding throughout the year,
05:54we have installed about 3,500 megawatt plants.
05:58Out of these plants, 2400 megawatts were used.
06:02Out of these plants, 4 were made of furnace oil.
06:05And one of the RLNG plants was Roush.
06:08These plants will be out of our system.
06:11Sir, is it possible to give relief immediately to the people,
06:15so that they can see the impact of this in their electricity bills for the next month?
06:19Or, as you said, this will ultimately be a benefit of Rs. 10 per unit.
06:24So, how long should the people expect this?
06:29As our agreements materialize,
06:34in the next month,
06:36from 1st October,
06:39these agreements will be effective retrospectively.
06:43So, the work of the regulator will take a lot of time.
06:49And the benefit of this will come under your next QTA.
06:54And there will be a reduction in capacity payments.
06:58Okay. Absolutely.
06:59None of these plants were imported.
07:02They were all Pakistani.
07:04Because when there was a lot of debate about IPPs,
07:06it was said that the government should first stop the government plants.
07:12So, please tell us how many of these 5 were under the government's control?
07:17None of these 5 are government plants.
07:21No government plant is capable of being shut down.
07:26They have more utility.
07:28They are new plants.
07:30Their electricity is more efficient.
07:33So, with the government plants,
07:36the return on equity that is given to them,
07:40which is their profit,
07:42we are discussing the reduction of that.
07:46This will save you about Rs. 150 billion annually.
07:51And that, God willing,
07:53we are taking each category one by one.
07:58First, we did 5 plants.
08:00Now, we will do the government plants.
08:02We will do other plants as well.
08:04Then, there will be tree profiling.
08:06Then, there will be take-and-pay.
08:09Take-and-pay plants.
08:11So, all these things.
08:13That is why we have an idea
08:15that in the next few months,
08:18we will realize our people's need and give them, God willing.
08:23Which you said should be expected to be around Rs. 10 per unit.
08:28God willing.
08:30You are saying that the government plants cannot be shut down.
08:33They will not be shut down.
08:34But will the government plants be given capacity payment?
08:39The government plants will be given capacity payment
08:42only to the extent that
08:44the return on loan,
08:47the financial cost of the loan,
08:49and the O&M.
08:51The return on equity,
08:55the part of the capacity payment,
08:57is the only medium
08:59in which we can reduce the government funds.
09:03And it should have an effect of around Rs. 150 lakhs.
09:08Now, our negotiations with all of them,
09:12in which VAPTA,
09:14LNG plants, nuclear plants,
09:16Gotu, Nandipur,
09:18and all these plants are included,
09:20our negotiation has begun.
09:22Towards the end, sir.
09:24Yes, sir.
09:25We are talking about the Pakistani plants,
09:27the government plants,
09:29the Chinese plants,
09:31and the unfortunate incident at Karachi airport.
09:33The target was set.
09:35We came to know that we had to talk to them about IPPs.
09:38We had to talk to them on this model.
09:40Obviously, that process took a while.
09:42How long did it take?
09:44When will this process start again?
09:48We have around 10 plants,
09:5110 projects,
09:53which are funded under CPEC,
09:55and Chinese landings are included.
09:58Negotiations with all of them had begun.
10:03It was in a very advanced stage.
10:05The finance minister himself is leading it.
10:08I am assisting him in the debt re-profiling exercise.
10:12We thought,
10:14we thought,
10:16until 2-4 days ago,
10:18that this is a matter of 1-2 weeks,
10:20when one of them,
10:22one of the top 10,
10:24was in a position to sign the MOU.
10:28But unfortunately,
10:30this incident at Karachi,
10:32these are the Chinese targeted incidents of terrorism.
10:39That is why we say,
10:41their aim is to destabilize the economy of Pakistan.
10:46This is a part of a well-thought-out plan.
10:50Because of this,
10:52unfortunately,
10:54the MOU process will be delayed.
10:56But we hope that
10:58we will conclude it soon.
11:00Inshallah.
11:01Thank you very much, sir.
11:02Thank you very much, Minister.
11:03We were talking to Mr. Abbas Laghari.
11:06So, this is the situation.
11:08May Allah make it better.
11:10Inshallah.
11:11Let's quickly move on to our next topic.
11:13We have with us the translator of the government,
11:15Mr. Barrister Aqeel Malik,
11:17who is very relevant in terms of legal matters.
11:19Mr. Shoaib Shaheen of Pakistan Tariq-e-Insaf.
11:22Again, Mr. Shoaib has a rich legal background.
11:26So, he is with us.
11:28I am very thankful to both the guests.
11:32Mr. Barrister Aqeel Malik,
11:34I don't know when you were supposed to come.
11:36I don't understand.
11:37We have been meeting for a long time.
11:39Today, we met with Mr. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
11:41So, when are you coming here?
11:47Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim.
11:48Thank you very much, Mr. Wasim.
11:50Look, it is obvious that we are developing a consensus.
11:54We want a broader consensus.
11:56We want everything to be in line with an effective opinion.
11:58So that tomorrow, no one has any objections.
12:00And in this regard,
12:01today, in fact,
12:02the engagement with the Civil Society of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan,
12:06I told them about our points regarding the Constitutional Amendment.
12:12It is obvious.
12:14They also requested and suggested that this should not be done.
12:17But look, there is no document in front of us.
12:19These are all working documents.
12:21I also told them about the steps to legislation.
12:24Now, it is said that this should be made public.
12:26When a document does not exist,
12:28when there was a working paper or a working document,
12:31then the IROs petitions are also filed,
12:33that this has been published in Gazette Notification.
12:36If a document does not exist,
12:38then what was to be voted on in the parliamentary address that was called?
12:43There was a document to be voted on, right?
12:45There was a working document.
12:46Absolutely.
12:47There was a working document.
12:49In the special committee,
12:51everyone was given a copy of the working document.
12:53It was not the property of the house.
12:55And it could not have been the property of the house
12:57until it was approved by the CCLC and the cabinet.
13:00Then when it would have been taken into the house,
13:02then it would have been the property of the house.
13:04But what is the problem in making it a public property?
13:07When the 18th amendment was passed,
13:09when the entire constitution of Pakistan was reviewed,
13:11there was a public debate.
13:13There was a debate in the civil society.
13:15Lawyers were talking differently.
13:16Conventions were taking place.
13:17Media was…
13:18What is so secretive about this?
13:19This is a public document.
13:20Everyone can give their opinion on this.
13:22There is nothing secretive about this.
13:23If I tell you,
13:25the real stakeholders of the parliamentary parties,
13:30the political leaders,
13:32all the people in the special committee,
13:35apart from that,
13:36in the legal fraternity,
13:38for 4.5 hours,
13:39the law minister stood up
13:41and gave all the salient features
13:43and also gave them the document,
13:45our working paper,
13:46so that they can also give their opinion.
13:47Because of this,
13:48the Pakistan Bar Council also gave their opinion.
13:50They also gave their opinion on Article 68.
13:55Apart from that,
13:56all the parties,
13:57after seeing that,
13:58they are working on their documents.
14:01When all these documents will be put together,
14:03we will correlate them
14:05and prepare a document
14:07on which major consensus
14:09or majority consensus
14:12will be introduced.
14:14Okay.
14:15I will talk more.
14:17Meanwhile,
14:18Mr. Murtaza Bahaw,
14:19who is the head of the Special Committee,
14:21is the translator of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
14:23Today, he was present in the meetings
14:25with Mr. Nawaz Sharif
14:26and Maulana Fadlur Rehman.
14:27Huzoor, Assalam-o-Alaikum.
14:28Yes, Walaikum-o-Alaikum.
14:30Sir, thank you for your time.
14:31Tell us,
14:32the meeting between Mr. Nawaz Sharif
14:34and the Noon League,
14:35is it a coincidence
14:37that you and the Noon League
14:39have the same candidate
14:41whom you have given to Maulana Sahib,
14:43which you have already shared with him?
14:46Look, Waseem,
14:48the meeting today
14:50with Bilawal Sahib,
14:52was basically
14:54to convey the point of view
14:56of the People's Party
14:58to Mr. Nawaz Sharif
15:00regarding the Constitutional Court.
15:02It was to remind him
15:04that this idea was of
15:06Respected Benazir Bhutto and Mr. Nawaz Sharif
15:08when it was decided
15:10in the Charter of Democracy.
15:12In today's meeting,
15:14Mr. Nawaz Sharif and his delegation
15:16agreed to this
15:18that we need to act
15:20on the Charter of Democracy.
15:22And they fully
15:24supported
15:26Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari
15:28with this concept.
15:30Mr. Bilawal appreciated
15:32that his character
15:34has been very good
15:36in democratic traditions
15:38and he should play
15:40that role again.
15:42So, Mr. Nawaz Sharif and Mr. Bhutto Zardari
15:44fully supported the Constitutional Court.
15:46Yes.
15:48So, Mr. Nawaz Sharif,
15:50the Constitution you have shared
15:52with Maulana Sahib,
15:54should it be considered
15:56as the Constitution of the People's Party
15:58or the Constitution of the People's Party
16:00and Noon Mujtara?
16:02No, Waseem,
16:04this is the Constitution of the
16:06People's Party of Pakistan.
16:08Alright.
16:10Mr. Bhutto Zardari and you
16:12will try to reach
16:14a different conclusion.
16:16Basically, the People's Party
16:18and JUI are trying to play
16:20the role of a bridge
16:22to bridge the differences
16:24in the building of consensus.
16:26In this regard,
16:28there is a complete
16:30uniformity of thought
16:32on the concept
16:34of judicial reforms
16:36between the People's Party
16:38and the Constitutional Court.
16:40As I requested you yesterday,
16:42Maulana Sahib will share
16:44the details of the Constitution
16:46with us.
16:48Our legal team
16:50is working on it.
16:52As soon as their draft
16:54is completed,
16:56its details will be shared with us.
16:58Along with this,
17:00I would like to tell you
17:02that the Parliamentary Committee
17:04that was formed by the Speaker
17:06has a meeting tomorrow
17:08at 11 o'clock in the National Assembly.
17:10All the members of the
17:12Parliamentary Political Committee
17:14are present there.
17:16We hope that they will come
17:18and present their points of view
17:20in front of the Committee
17:22so that consensus can be built.
17:24As you said about Nawaz Sharif,
17:26he is a member of the Constitutional Court.
17:28With the same understanding
17:30that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has,
17:32that the Constitutional Court
17:34is a part of the Constitutional Court,
17:36will Maulana Fazlur Rehman
17:38have the same understanding?
17:40He was suggesting
17:42that Kamran Murtaza
17:44should make a bench
17:46in the Supreme Court.
17:48We had enough discussion
17:50on that yesterday.
17:52I will not repeat it.
17:54Will Maulana Fazlur Rehman
17:56have the same understanding
17:58as you and Nawaz Sharif?
18:00When we met him today,
18:02there was no doubt.
18:04That is why I am talking about the concept.
18:06And there is consensus on the concept.
18:08How will it look?
18:10We are discussing it.
18:12Actually, there is a lot of difference.
18:14You are saying that
18:16there should be a court,
18:18it should have a Chief Justice.
18:20Judges and Maulana are saying
18:22that all should be the same.
18:24There is a lot of difference.
18:26This is not Maulana's opinion.
18:28This is Kamran Murtaza's personal opinion.
18:30If this point of view
18:32of Maulana Fazlur Rehman
18:34is brought forward
18:36by the JUI,
18:38it will be corrected.
18:40What point of view
18:42has been brought forward
18:44by Kamran Murtaza today?
18:46Yesterday,
18:48at 11 pm,
18:50the JUI was requested
18:52to participate in the meeting
18:54and convey their point of view.
18:56The People's Party repeated
18:58that there should be
19:00a clean constitutional bill
19:02and a constitutional court.
19:04When the deliberations
19:06will start tomorrow
19:08in front of the Parliamentary Committee,
19:10things will be cleared automatically.
19:12I would like to add
19:14that Maulana's party's translator,
19:16Aslam Ghori,
19:18says that
19:20it is not his opinion,
19:22but the party's opinion
19:24that nothing has been decided
19:26and he has given
19:28an impression
19:30about the constitutional court
19:32as if it is not
19:34in favour of the constitutional court.
19:36He has given an impression.
19:38If giving an impression
19:40is something to laugh about,
19:42then it is fine.
19:44We have also been interpreted
19:46that Pakistan is in this state.
19:48I think we should go
19:50black and white.
19:52Things should be clear-cut and categorical.
19:54I think Maulana may come up
19:56with a different opinion.
19:58Inshallah.
20:00We believe that
20:02even though there were
20:04many differences in the past,
20:06the political parties like
20:08the People's Party,
20:10Moon League,
20:12and the JUI
20:14worked together
20:16and bridged the differences.
20:18Let me quote.
20:20I think this is
20:22a constitutional court
20:24that is above the Supreme Court.
20:26Translation,
20:28JUI.
20:30What you said about the constitutional court
20:32was above the Supreme Court.
20:34In fact, a friend of the government
20:36called it
20:38the Super Supreme Court.
20:40So, will the Supreme Court
20:42be above or below the constitutional court?
20:44Look, everyone
20:46creates terms.
20:48I think that
20:50there will be a specific court
20:52for constitutional cases.
20:54And for other military
20:56or civil cases,
20:58there will be a separate court
21:00whose ultimate
21:02and superior forum
21:04will be the Supreme Court.
21:06Okay. Sir, please stay with me for a while.
21:08Mr. Shoaib Shaheen,
21:10what is this?
21:12Yesterday, you had a meeting with Maulana.
21:14Maulana was so happy.
21:16Today, Mr. Murtaza Wahab is here.
21:18Mr. Maulana, where are you going?
21:20Mr. Shoaib.
21:28Mr. Shoaib, I am sorry.
21:30Please repeat it quickly.
21:32I cannot hear you.
21:36Mr. Aqeel, please tell us
21:38when did you
21:40and the People's Party
21:42sit down for the final debate?
21:44It is clear now.
21:46The People's Party
21:48is not yours.
21:50Even if the People's Party
21:52and Mr. Maulana reach a consensus,
21:54it will not be a consensus.
21:56You will sit with them
21:58and then it will be a consensus.
22:00No, not at all.
22:02The basic document,
22:04the original document
22:06was of the government.
22:08The Constitutional Court
22:10is coming from the soul
22:12of the Charter of Democracy.
22:14The leaders of the parties
22:16agree with the Constitutional Court.
22:18The nitty-gritties can be discussed.
22:20The method of appointment can be discussed.
22:22The eligibility criteria can be discussed.
22:24All these things are being discussed
22:26at the moment.
22:28I agree with Mr. Murtaza
22:30that
22:32when he said
22:34something,
22:36the members of his party
22:38said that the Constitutional Court
22:40should not be a court
22:42and the Supreme Court
22:44should not be a court.
22:46The government has a clear position
22:48and we are saying from day one
22:50that one court will not get
22:52any superiority over the other.
22:54This is definitely not the case.
22:56Both will work in parallel
22:58as Mr. Murtaza said.
23:00The Supreme Court will do its job
23:02and the court will do its job
23:04and no one will get superiority
23:06over anyone.
23:08This is a very wrong impression
23:10The special committee of the Parliamentary Committee
23:12will sit on all these issues
23:14tomorrow.
23:16A lot of things will be fizzled out
23:18and a lot of things will be
23:20cleared.
23:22Right.
23:24Mr. Shaheen,
23:26what do you think?
23:28You are very happy with Mr. Maulana
23:30and you are also not
23:32disappointed with Mr. Murtaza.
23:34What will happen ultimately?

37:10after the break.
37:40We've talked about the past, then America, then Bangladesh.
37:43And now, new records have been set against England.
37:46What happened today?
37:47Today, the test match is going on in Multan, Pakistan against England.
37:50For the first time in history,
37:51history is being counted, for the first time in history,
37:54a team has scored 800 runs against Pakistan in one inning.
37:59Yes, all this has happened in one inning.
38:01800 people have scored 800 runs.
38:04This has happened for the first time against Pakistan.
38:06England has scored 800 runs
38:09against Pakistan in one inning.
38:12Before this, England...
38:14Before this, India had scored the most runs against Pakistan.
38:18India had scored 675 runs.
38:20In 2004, even then, the name of the incident was Multani.
38:24At that time, 675 runs were scored on five wickets.
38:28The history of Test cricket, which is so old,
38:30this has happened only four times
38:33when more than 800 runs have been scored in one inning.
38:37Before this, the last time more than 800 runs were scored
38:40was in Sri Lanka.
38:42It was in 1997.
38:44Sri Lanka had scored 952 runs against India.
38:47And six of its players were out.
38:50In 1938, England scored 903 runs against Australia.
38:55And in 1930, they scored 849 runs against the West Indies.
38:58So, we came to know that England is used to doing such things.
39:02Today, they have repeated their act with us.
39:04They didn't leave their habit.
39:05We didn't leave our habit.
39:07Because in history,
39:08out of the four times when more than 800 runs were scored,
39:11England has done this three times.
39:15Before this, in 1958, the West Indies had scored 790 runs
39:19against Pakistan on three wickets.
39:21Look at the actions of England players.
39:23Abel Abbas, Joe Root and Harry Brook
39:26formed a record partnership of 452 runs.
39:29This is the biggest partnership for any wicket
39:32by the English team.
39:33We have proved this hospitality.
39:35And we told them to come and make a record.
39:37Harry Brook scored 317 runs.
39:39Joe Root scored 262 runs.
39:41So, these two players,
39:43the whole team of Pakistan scored 556 runs in the first inning.
39:46These two players scored 578 runs more than that.
39:51After 34 years,
39:53Harry Brook made a triple century for England.
39:55Harry Brook made a triple century on 310 wickets.
39:58He made the second fastest triple century in the history of Test cricket.
40:02A lot has happened today.
40:05Six players made a century for Pakistan.
40:08But in bowling, six players scored 100 plus runs.
40:12This is the second time in history.
40:14We have run out of questions.
40:16We will try to find out from Mr. Basit Ali and Mr. Kamran Akmal
40:20to explain to us what is going on.
40:23Mr. Basit, greetings.
40:25Greetings.
40:27Sir, I don't understand where to start and where to end.
40:30I don't know if cricket is over or the questions are over.
40:33What is wrong with this team, Mr. Basit?
40:35What is the problem?
40:36I don't know, one day, T20, Test, Bangladesh.
40:41What is this?
40:42Even after scoring 500 runs, we are losing.
40:44What is going on? What is the problem?
40:48Mr. Basit, I don't know if anyone will cast an evil eye on our cricket.
40:54It is a pity that after scoring 556 runs, we lost the match.
40:59Even though we were losing matches from England before.
41:02But when we were losing matches from Bangladesh at 440 runs,
41:06I think, I feel, and this is my personal opinion,
41:11that the fitness level of Pakistan is being lied to.
41:17After fiddling 150 overs, the batsmen didn't move an inch.
41:20Like Abdullah Shafiq got out, like Babar got out,
41:24like Saim Ayub got out.
41:26It is a pity that they didn't move an inch.
41:29And unlike England, they came from a cold climate.
41:33They came in the summer and they are performing very well in the summer.
41:37This means that our nation is being lied to.
41:40That everyone has passed the fitness level, but I didn't.
41:43That someone just passed the fitness test.
41:45Mr. Kamran, Mr. Basit thinks that fitness is a fundamental problem.
41:49What do you think is the problem with this team?
41:52Mr. Basit, we have been discussing this for a long time in the transmission
41:58that Pakistan's cricket was made to be a home cricket.
42:02The problem is that Pakistan's cricket has gone down.
42:06Because we didn't think, we didn't plan, we didn't look at the future,
42:10we didn't look at the past, sorry, we didn't look at the trend.
42:13We just want to win now, we don't want to lose now.
42:16We don't want to lose now, we don't want to lose now.
42:18We don't want to lose now, we don't want to lose now.
42:20We are winning now.
42:22We are moving ahead with the bigger teams.
42:26If you ask me about fitness,
42:28Mr. Basit is more sensible than me, he has experience in cricket.
42:33Can he do 2 km of Jorugh?
42:35Just tell me this much.
42:38I say that our players are mentally fatigued.
42:42Okay.
42:44Those who are mentally strong, they don't have a problem with 150 overs.
42:49Mr. Basit must have played 200 overs in his life.
42:53He must have been in the ground, he must have fielded.
42:55Didn't he come and show after that?
42:58All the players of our time, even those before us,
43:02after fielding 200 overs, they used to show and save the team.
43:06I have played 200 plus overs of death matches.
43:09I have opened after that.
43:10We have saved death matches even then.
43:127.5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
43:14We have won death matches by scoring 240.
43:17It's not all about fitness.
43:20When you bring an ace, you don't bring it with love.
43:24Today, his England cross, his debut,
43:27have you seen the number of first-class matches?
43:31There are 48 matches.
43:32At least, he has played 3 seasons for Damascus.
43:36He came from a cold country,
43:38he came in heat, he is over-overing, he is out-overing.
43:41He has matured.
43:43We give players a chance through a parachute.
43:46We favour him without any reason.
43:49We give him 20 matches, 20 innings.
43:53He is the team of Pakistan.
43:55The boys have made their own team.
43:57The management has made their favourite team.
43:59Let me just say this.
44:00Let's get out of this.
44:03Basit, we were saying that it's a matter of captainship.
44:08Then Babar Azam left the captainship.
44:10Anyway, the test was done earlier.
44:12But unfortunately, Babar's form is not coming back.
44:15I think there were a lot of innings with Tabatul.
44:18He is not able to perform.
44:20The world is talking about Babar.
44:23Babar should think that he should rest.
44:26If he rests, he won't be destroyed.
44:29He won't be dropped.
44:31In the 90s, when a batsman couldn't perform,
44:37Imran Bhai, Waseem Bhai, Salim Malik
44:41used to give him rest.
44:43Inzamam is a great example.
44:44When he couldn't rest, he gave him rest.
44:47Then he performed.
44:49There is nothing wrong in taking rest.
44:51He is actually thinking that he should do it now.
44:57He is not able to rest. He is under pressure.
44:59And he is taking the pressure.
45:01And the biggest thing, Waseem Bhai,
45:04is that the heart is weak.
45:05The heart is not that brave.
45:08The way the feet are moving,
45:12whether it is the first or the second time,
45:15you can see the class play.
45:18For example, Joe Root has come from the third.
45:20He has changed his game.
45:23A year ago, he was playing baseball.
45:26He hit a reverse sweep on a fastball.
45:28As soon as he went to India, he flopped there.
45:30He came back to his national style.
45:33Everyone is playing baseball.
45:35Joe Root is not playing.
45:36He has come back to his method.
45:40You should think about it.
45:41In our country,
45:44the coach understands what he is saying.
45:47The assistant coach understands what he is saying.
45:52The captain understands what he is saying.
45:54Consistency.
45:56What consistency are you talking about?
45:59What are you doing?
46:01You lost to Bangladesh.
46:03You lost to America.
46:04You lost to Ireland.
46:06You lost to the E-team of New Zealand.
46:08You lost by 556 runs.
46:13What consistency are you talking about?
46:15There is only one selector in Pakistan.
46:19His name is Ashraf Shafiq.
46:20He is playing cricket in America.
46:23Who will make a team for the next test match?
46:25He has already made a team for one test match.
46:28No one will think about this country.
46:30The problem is that everyone in this country is playing.
46:33No one is playing for the country.
46:36No one is playing for the country.
46:3956 runs are out.
46:42152 runs are out.
46:44Kamran, you are not able to get rid of Babar Azam's pressure.
46:51I think I have taken my captaincy too much.
46:57He is a great player in the world.
46:59He has become a great captain.
47:02He has come back.
47:03He has performed well.
47:05You can look at Sachin Tendulkar.
47:07You can look at Jhumpu.
47:08You can look at Virat Kohli.
47:09You can look at Steve Smith.
47:11This is a game of mind.
47:13There is a lot of insecurity here.
47:15You don't make anyone greater than yourself.
47:19If you respect others, you will also be respected.
47:23Unfortunately, this is what is happening here.
47:26Such players have been spoilt.
47:28They have destroyed their system.
47:31They have done what they wanted.
47:32Pakistan's cricket has become bad.
47:34Thank God, they have won the toss.
47:36I am telling you honestly.
47:38If the Indian team had scored more than 120 runs,
47:45they would have been out four times.
47:48Okay.
47:50I am telling you honestly.
47:51If they had scored more, they would have made it 556.
47:54They have scored more than that.
47:58They have scored more than one over.
48:00If you look at it, they have been out six times in 1947.
48:03They have been out six times in 1980.
48:06Think about it.
48:08Who plays for the team?
48:09The biggest example of the first inning is
48:11if you put Shahan aside.
48:14How he has taken the lead.
48:15He has taken the lead for himself.
48:16He has batted selfishly.
48:18He has not thought about the team.
48:20He has thought about 556.
48:22Okay, you are not as brave as England.
48:25But think about the team.
48:27Instead of 556, you could have scored 650.
48:30You could have scored this much.
48:31You didn't even have a chance.
48:33You were trapped.
48:34You took the lead.
48:35After scoring 100 runs,
48:36you are giving a single to the best batsman.
48:39You are saying, you can hit it. I won't hit it.
48:41When there is such a negative approach,
48:43you will win against the best teams.
48:45Thank you very much, Mr. Basit Ali.
48:48I am Madad Khabib.
48:49I think I said Salman Agha.
48:50I think I said Salman Agha.
48:52I think I said Salman Agha by mistake.
48:56Anyway, the situation is in front of you.
48:59It is all about prayers.
49:01We will continue after a break.
49:14So, next week is very important for Pakistan.
49:17Next week, the Akshay Ngai Corporation
49:20and then any decision made by the Ayan-e-Tarameen
49:23or any agreement made by the Ayan-e-Tarameen
49:26or whatever decision is to be made,
49:27it has to be done.
49:29It has to be done.
49:30So, let's see where the matter goes.
49:32There is a possibility of big news
49:35coming from the parliament of Pakistan in both cases.
49:38Stay healthy.
49:40We will meet next week.
49:41Until then, goodbye.
