00:00The action continued in the PBA Governor's Cup Semi-Finals last night.

00:04For Game 2, Barangay Ginebra and San Miguel Bir and TNT Tropa Ngiga and Rain or Shine Elasto Painters took the lead in their series.

00:14This is Rafael Bandayrel's Central News.

00:19The series was tied between Barangay Ginebra Gene Kings and San Miguel Bir Men.

00:24That was after SMB was able to recover in the Semi-Finals of the Season 49 PBA Governor's Cup Playoffs.

00:31In the last moments of the game, Terrence Romeo, the 3-time scoring champion, was eager to deliver the victory for his team, 131-125.

00:41I'm just ready for every game. Thank God I was able to shoot my shots.

00:48It's really a team effort.

00:51Our ball movement was good. Our defense was good.

00:55It was easier for us to execute every time we were able to stop a good shot.

01:01Meanwhile, TNT Tropa Ngiga took the lead 2-0 against Rain or Shine Elasto Painters.

01:08In the third quarter, TNT lost 38 points to take the lead.

01:14The Superstar Import, Ronday Hollis Jefferson, was able to score 23 markers.

01:18Calvin Oftana added 18 points.

01:22Head Coach Chot Reyes believes that their explosive offense was the key to their defense.

01:29I think if we're able to make stops, it really fuels our offense.

01:33That's what we always do during halftime.

01:36The first thing we take a look at is what are the adjustments, what is the offense,

01:41what is the other team doing, and how better can we defend it.

01:45Game 3 of the Semis will be held on Sunday, October 13 in Dasmarinas, Cavite.
