00:20there will be no special treatment for anyone who can prove that the police have a connection to the reward system
00:27for the police who kill or kidnap drug suspects.
00:31Rimulya also said that cold cases will be opened regarding the war on drugs
00:36also because of the testimonies that were presented in the Quadcom hearing.
00:40The PNP will also convene a committee to investigate this matter.

00:49So, we must not judge them already according to the testimony.
