00:53We begin with the news.

01:11In the United States, the Pentagon confirmed on Tuesday that components for an advanced

01:16anti-missile system they sent to Israel have started to arrive.

01:20The system uses a combination of radar and interceptors to thwart short-, medium- and

01:26intermediate-range ballistic missiles and can intercept them inside and outside Earth's

01:32atmosphere during their final stage of flight.

01:35In this context, the US government institution declared that the structure would be fully

01:40operational in the near future.

01:43Furthermore, the entity expressed that they will continue sending military personnel to

01:47aid the Zionist regime forces, whose aggressions against several countries in the Middle East

01:53are currently escalating the violence in the region.

01:58Meanwhile, in Palestine, during the last 12 hours, Israel has killed 55 people in Gaza

02:06and wounded more than 230.

02:09The Zionist army has not stopped its heavy artillery and aerial bombardment on southern

02:14Gaza, where 10 members of the same family were killed.

02:18In turn, survivors struggled to feel safe anywhere in the region, as six of other Palestinians

02:24were murdered in the center of the strip.

02:26The wounded are now taking shelter in the remains of the Nasser Hospital, while doctors

02:31reportedly have no supplies to treat their serious injuries.

02:40The Euro-Mediterranean Observatory for Human Rights confirms that more than 400,000 Palestinians

02:46living in the north of Gaza could die of hunger and thirst, denouncing the serious situation

02:52in the refugee camps.

02:53Havalia, Beit Hanoun and Beit Elahia are the areas of refugee for displaced persons most

03:00besieged by the famine imposed by the occupation.

03:04Constant shelling by the occupying forces has prevented the entry of humanitarian missions

03:09for the past 10 days.

03:10Hundreds of Palestinians face the difficult situation to which they are subjected.

03:16Especially children and the elderly decided to go to a collection center on Monday, which

03:22hours later was bombed by the genocidal army, killing 10 people.

03:30In Lebanon, since early Tuesday morning, Hezbollah reports heavy fighting against Israeli infantry

03:36troops in the southern border.

03:38The resistance is keeping at bay the Zionist troops that have made several attempts to

03:43break into the territory through the Raab Thaleen area.

03:47Israeli artillery is supporting the genocidal troops by shelling residential areas of al-Taibeh

03:53and Deir Ezzan, but combat on the grounds is more complex.

03:58Hezbollah issued a statement confirming that in the midst of their struggle in defence

04:02of the Palestinian cause and in support of the honourable resistance, they are confronting

04:07the Zionist forces.

04:09Israeli media assured this Tuesday that at least 34 soldiers lost their lives in the

04:14fighting against Hezbollah.

04:22The United Nations Security Council unanimously endorsed on Monday the continuation of the

04:27United Nations Interim Force for Lebanon, ONIFIL.

04:31This decision represents a major setback for Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu,

04:36who is demanding the withdrawal of the force.

04:39Israel received a barrage of worldwide criticisms when it became known that its occupying army

04:45forces had wounded several members of the UNIFIL.

04:49The United Nations Peacekeeping Chief Jean-Pierre Lacroix explained that the Council had expressed

04:54unanimous support for the mission in Lebanon.

04:57The Zionist Premier accuses them of cooperating with the Lebanese resistance, but human rights

05:02activists point to him for wanting to eliminate any witness to the genocide perpetrated by

05:09his forces.

05:10To emphasise that this was a decision that was very carefully considered based on a number

05:18of elements and criteria, of course safety and security of the peacekeepers is a paramount

06:17Moscow said it has observed open attempts by Western countries led by the United States

06:22to exert pressure on the authorities of Georgia and directly influence the course of the election

06:27campaign.

06:28In this context, the Russian government has also been emphatic in stressing that it does

06:33not meddle in any way in the internal affairs of its neighbour nation.

06:38Western countries thought their rhetoric against Georgia after it passed a law in May for authorities

06:44to protect the country from foreign interference.

06:52In Spain, the Court of Madrid decided to reopen the investigation into espionage against Charles

06:59Puigdemont's lawyer, Gonzalo Boye, using the Israeli software Pegasus.

07:04The court claims there is reason enough to continue and overturns the dismissal issued

07:09by an examining judge.

07:11According to the capital's court, Mr Boye's case was not investigated properly.

07:16Citizen Lab records 18 hacking attempts on the lawyer's cell phone between January and

07:21May 2020.

07:23The group also proved that on October 30, the same year, a successful hack took place

07:29just after one of his defendants was arrested.

07:32Gonzalo Boye claimed at the time that the Spanish authorities legitimised this form

07:36of espionage.

07:37And in other information, we are going to be staying in Spain, where the Congress debates

07:43a law that would prevent those convicted of terrorism from running for office if they

07:54have not repented or apologised.

07:57The debate was prompted by the Popular Party.

08:00The proposal implies reforming the organic law of the general electoral regime.

08:06The proposal comes after the absolute majority of the Popular Party rejected the law on the

08:11exchange of criminal records in the European Union, which will allow the early release

08:31In Germany, Berlin Zoo visitors will, from Wednesday, be able to catch their first glimpse

08:36of two rabbit-sized panda cubs born almost eight weeks ago.

08:41The 2.5kg baby bears will take turns to greet an admiring public in the zoo's panda garden

10:30Despite the relevant situation, as a close neighbor of the peninsula, China is paying

10:35attention to the development of its situation and the dynamics of North Korea-South Korea

10:39relations.

10:40Tensions on the peninsula do not serve the common interests of all parties, and the priority

10:44is to avoid further escalation of conflicts.

10:47China's position on maintaining peace and stability on the peninsula and promoting a

10:50political solution to this issue remains unchanged.

10:53We also hope that all parties will make joint efforts toward this goal.

10:57On Tuesday, head of state and top diplomats from member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation

11:02Organization arrived in Pakistan's capital Islamabad to attend the 23rd summit.

11:08Participants believe that today's summit will be achieved positive results and provide more

13:42to the presidential veto on the public education funding law.

13:45Demonstrators informed that assemblies and public lessons are being held in the occupied

13:50faculties and assured that demonstrations will go on for the next couple of days.

13:55The Union Front of National Universities confirmed that there will be a new strike with cessation

14:00of activities announced for next Thursday.

14:03Furthermore, students of different faculties will join the blockade of streets and mobilize

14:08towards the Plaza de Mayo in Buenos Aires on Wednesday.

14:11We stay in Argentina as in full alignment with the United States' interest that the

14:19country brought together both continents' defence ministers at an international conference

14:24prized by the US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin.

14:28While the Conference of Defence Ministers of the Americas allegedly seeks to boost an

16:04In the statement, the Venezuelan government strongly rejects the remarks made by the US

16:08Secretary of State and calls him a charlatan at the service of infamous lobbyists, staking

16:15a false and monotonous narrative against the will of the Venezuelan people.

16:20The communique stresses that the victory of President Nicolas Maduro Moros last July 28

16:25was not only a demonstration of the popular support backing the Bolivarian Revolution,

16:31but also an exercise of dignity and an exemplary repudiation of the aggressions that, from

16:36the US government, have been applied for more than 10 years against Venezuela.

16:41The document also denounces that the obsessive policy of the Monroe Doctrine, as well as

16:47the neocolonial and imperial conduct of the governments of the United States of America,

16:52are the basis of the support to fascist groups in the constant aggressions against the Venezuelan

16:57institutionality and closes by reinforcing that these actions will continue to be faced

17:03through the full exercise of the revolutionary democracy enshrined in the Venezuelan constitution.

17:14In Mexico, during her Tuesday morning press conference, President Claudia Sheinbaum stated

17:19in regard to the past elections in Venezuela her will to respect the principles of free

17:24self-determination of peoples, as proclaimed on the Mexican constitution.

17:32We have a very clear definition of our foreign policy in the constitution, which is the self-determination

17:38of the peoples.

17:41At first there was a call from the three countries after the election in Venezuela for the results

17:47of the election to be made public.

17:51From now on, we are going to remain, let us say, impartial in this regard.

17:58So, Colombia has a position, Brazil has a position, the United States has its own position,

18:09and our position is the constitutional one, the self-determination of the peoples.

18:15At the Food and Agriculture Organization Investment Forum 2023 held in Italy, Cuban

18:21President Miguel Díaz-Canel asserted that the U.S. blockade affects the Caribbean island's

18:26food security.

18:36Farmers and food are inseparable terms, and in the case of Cuba it is strategic for many

18:40reasons that do not end in a few lines.

18:43We live in a time marked by inequality and injustice in economic relations, where it

18:47is most cruelly expressed in the painful food shortages suffered by the largest majorities,

19:19In this context, President Díaz-Canel urged the international community to support Cuba

19:23and to consider it as a strategic partner for agricultural development and global food

19:28security.

19:41On President of Bolivia, Luis Arce made changes to the National Police General Staff and appointed
