00:00Some residents in Nigeria are in a state of shock after the flood hit the area and North Korea.

00:07Some parts of the Inter-Korean Road were destroyed,

00:11while the South Korean authorities are drawing attention.

00:20We are in Tatlumpo, in northeastern Nigeria.

00:24Because of the heavy flooding, a dam was destroyed in the middle of heavy rain.

00:29Around a million residents were affected by the flooding of their homes.

00:35At the moment, the affected residents are in a man-made camp.

00:40Meanwhile, they are still conducting a search and rescue operation

00:45in the flooded towns.

00:48Some parts of the Inter-Korean Road were destroyed by North Korea.

00:52At the same time, North Korea and South Korea are drawing attention.

00:56The North Korean authorities are urging South Korea to send drones to Pyongyang

01:03that are carrying propaganda.

01:04According to North Korea, they are already on standby,

01:09in case South Korea sends drones again.

01:13They are preparing the country for any action as protection for their residents.

01:19Meanwhile, South Korea has yet to comment on the allegations against them.
