03:01in the Halfway House, Misamis Oriental Police Provincial Office in San Martin, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental.

03:14the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police, and other agencies in the government

03:20have undertaken comprehensive peace building training to rehabilitate and reintegrate former rebels

03:27in order to improve the well-being of the community.

03:30This training will be conducted in two phases.

03:32The first phase will be the self-transformation phase of psychosocial activities and spiritual intervention.

03:41In the second phase, there will be a seminar on interagency programs, livelihood trainings, community immersion, and team building activities.

03:50In the closing program, the participants will receive Php 20,000 in financial assistance

03:56in order to support their reintegration process.

04:03In the afternoon, the 29 members of the OSAKA Foundation will hold their outreach program

04:10in the 4th Civil Military Operations, Kasaligan Battalion in Barangay Abilan, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte

04:17on September 27.

04:20They will wear dry tissues, wet wipes, and adult diapers.

04:25They will enjoy themselves by participating in their outreach program.
