01:24together with physical activity,
01:26together with, let's say, deepening, reading,

01:34which are the vaccine, in the stages of the age,
01:38or in the stages of the year,
01:40such as during the winter,
01:42but also the appointment with the screenings,
01:44which should not be skipped at all.
01:46Because taking care of myself,
01:48taking care of myself means

01:54because if I protect myself, I also protect the community.
