05:58We have just read verses 107 and 108 from Surah Al-Tawbah.
06:03Before this, we have seen some verses related to the believers who accepted repentance.
06:10That is, those who went to war late.
06:13They were left behind from the group of believers who went to Tabuk,
06:18which is about 300 km from Madinah.
06:21When we reach verse 107,
06:24Allah explains how the hypocrites are a group of people who need to be given attention.
06:33Meaning, first, they should not be among us.
06:36And secondly, we need to be careful.
06:38In a country, even though they are sitting behind the Prophet's prayer,
06:45they are doing dhikr, they are doing jihad with the Prophet,
06:48they go to Tabuk,
06:49but they can destroy the unity of the Muslims themselves.
06:56And one of their initiatives,
06:58other than trying not to go to war,
07:04one of their characteristics,
07:06they are involved in a project.
07:08A project called Masjid Dirar.
07:12Allah states,
07:13and among the hypocrites,
07:14establishing Masjid Dirar,
07:16which means to cause disaster to whom?
07:19To the believers.
07:22Their target is to destroy and destroy the believers,
07:26and also to add to the circle of
07:31i.e. the function of this mosque is to divide the believers,
07:37and fourthly,
07:42i.e. as a preparation.
07:44To anyone who wants to attack the believers in Madinah,
07:48it becomes a hub, a center,
07:50to help those who want to fight Allah and the Prophet before this.
07:56So, this is the project of the hypocrites,
07:59who are actually Muslims.
08:02What did they say to the Prophet?
08:04When the Prophet asked,
08:05why do you want to build this mosque?
08:07They swore with the words,
08:14We swore with them,
08:15we really want to do nothing but to do good.
08:19It is said that the Masjid Nabawi is far away.
08:21So, Masjid Dirar is close to Kuba.
08:24So, if you want to go to Masjid Nabawi,
08:26it is far away,
08:27you can go to our mosque.
08:28If someone is sick,
08:29you can go to our mosque.
08:30So, he tried to say that
08:33we are doing al-khusna,
08:35doing good.
08:37But actually, Allah said,
08:42Allah showed that they are actually liars.
08:46They are not doing good,
08:50but the four objectives that were conveyed in verse 107 earlier.
08:55So, what is the lesson for us actually?
08:57Is this just history?
08:59If we look at it,
09:00the Prophet was instructed to burn this mosque.
09:02Now, after that,
09:04this mosque has become a place to throw garbage.
09:06There is no longer that mosque.
09:08If you go to Umrah or Chari,
09:10there is no longer this mosque.
09:12What is there is Masjid Kuba,
09:14the first mosque that was built on the basis of Taqwa.
09:17So, what is the lesson for us?
09:20Actually, in a country,
09:23in an organization,
09:24when there are people who do not believe in Allah,
09:28even though their name is Islam,
09:29what will they do?
09:31They will make a project
09:33to divide the organization or the country.
09:37They will do various things.
09:39One of them is to use the spiritual foundation,
09:42which is the mosque.
09:43The mosque is used to divide.
09:46That's why,
09:47if there are things in the mosque
09:49to teach disbelief,
09:52or bid'ah,
09:53or things that divide the community,
09:56then those things need to be given attention.
09:59Differing opinions is normal.
10:01That religion,
10:02that understanding,
10:03that group of orange or green,
10:06it doesn't matter.
10:07It's normal.
10:08This happens to humans in various ways.
10:10But, don't let there be people who try to divide.
10:14Meaning,
10:15this mosque must be pink,
10:18for example.
10:19Pink people can come,
10:20but people who are green or orange,
10:22don't come.
10:23The mosque must be among chocolate people,
10:25for example.
10:26So,
10:27those things are actually
10:29beneficial to people who have mental problems.
10:32Because,
10:33it should be,
10:34for people who believe,
10:35anything to unite,
10:38to raise the name of Allah,
10:40then it doesn't matter if there are various things.
10:43Even if there are mistakes,
10:45we should pray for each other.
10:47This is what we should learn.

14:53they would give excuses,
14:54they would make excuses,

14:57they would swear falsely
14:59to say that they still supported the Prophet.

15:06when in their normal social life,
15:08they would carry out the project
15:10of Masjid Dirar,
15:12which,
15:13if we look at it,
15:14there are four characteristics,
15:15and these four characteristics
15:16are what we need to pay attention to.
15:17For example,
15:18those of you who are in the studio,
15:19at home,
15:20if we want to get involved
15:21in any project,
15:22we need to see
15:23if the project
15:24is harming the Muslims or not,
15:26whether it is Dirar or not.
15:28If it is harming the Muslims,
15:29do not get involved.
15:30We need to see
15:31if there is any initiative
15:32at the national level,
15:33or in the country,
15:34or in the organization.
15:36Secondly,
15:37does the project
15:39suppress faith or disbelief?
15:42If the project
15:44makes people
15:45more and more
15:46forget to worship Allah,
15:47more and more
15:48do not read the Quran,
15:49more and more
15:50do not appreciate God,
15:52then,
15:53we need to avoid
15:54such a thing,
15:55and we need to
15:56avoid it.
15:58Secondly.

16:03the believers,
16:04the Muslims,

16:34made an agreement
16:35with the Muslims,

16:41when non-Muslims
16:42make an agreement
16:43with the Muslims
16:44to live in safety,
16:45if there is a project
16:46that reveals the secret,

16:51that project
16:52should not be supported
16:53because we do not want
16:55to involve
16:56those hypocrites.

16:59a big lesson

17:01from this verse,

18:42and he said to the Prophet
18:44when you return from the war

18:50in this Masjid Dirar
18:52so the Prophet said
18:54about being busy in this journey
18:56this is what was said by Ibn Ashur
18:58busy, the Prophet said
19:00maybe after returning, after finishing Tabuk, he will stop
19:02so before the Prophet stopped
19:04when he finished Tabuk, this verse came down
19:06what does it mean?
19:08letakum fihi abadah
19:10don't you stand and pray
19:12forever
19:14why? because when the Prophet prays
19:16if the Prophet prays in Kuba
19:18then it becomes a sunnah for us to pray together
19:20in Kuba, for example, until this time
19:22if the Prophet prays in Masjid Nabawi
19:24it is a sunnah for us
19:26Masjid Nabawi with multiple gatherings
19:28and if we say
19:30the prayer in Masjid Dirar
19:32it is already a sunnah
19:34but from a political point of view
19:36it indicates that the Prophet
19:38has already supported
19:40it means that the Prophet came there
19:42people took a picture
19:44it means that people came
19:46the Prophet is here, this is a sunnah
19:48so what is the lesson for us
19:50if there are projects
19:52that are dangerous to the Muslims
19:54Dirar, Kufran
19:56things that are based on Kufr
19:58or divide the faith
20:00and also
20:02dangerous to the country
20:04don't get involved
20:06don't go to those places
20:08what else if people say that
20:10they are figures in the society
20:12why? people will take a picture
20:14look, he has already supported
20:16and that will be an example
20:18to other people
20:20even though we say that
20:22we are a collective society
20:24we have various
20:26religions, understanding and so on
20:28but we have to remember
20:30it leads to
20:32Kufr, to Allah
20:34it leads to danger
20:36to the believers
20:38or to divide the believers
20:40so this is
20:42verse 108
20:44when Allah states
20:48indeed the mosque
20:50referring to Masjid Quba
20:52was built on the basis of Taqwa
20:54from the beginning of time
20:56it is more deserving
20:58for you to pray
21:00to glorify it

21:34and this is a sign
21:36that we do prioritize Taqwa
21:38as a proof of our faith
21:40to Allah
21:42leading to the word of choice

40:27First, we look at the verses 107 and 108.
40:30Allah has brought to us about the reality of Masjid Dirar,
40:34a project from a group of people who have a heart disease
40:37among the Muslims who are called Munafiq.
40:40There are four characteristics which are a guide for us in our lives.
40:45If there is a mosque which is built on the basis of Dirar,
40:50Kufran wa Tafriqan,
40:51which is to separate the believers
40:53and to be a center for the dangers,
40:56to support the enemy,
40:58then it cannot be supported.
41:00Even in the book of Ulama Maliki,
41:03he states that a mosque which is built
41:06with the purpose of bringing the Muda'ran or Riyadh
41:09or to seek fame,
41:10then this place, this mosque,
41:12is also known as Masjid Dirar
41:14which cannot not be allowed to pray in it.
41:18So, here is a big lesson about this mosque.
41:21This mosque needs to be built in the best way,
41:25with the right intention.
41:27If we look at verse 108,
41:31It must be built on the basis of righteousness
41:33from the first day.
41:35Not to seek fame,
41:37to fight the mosque there.
41:39Later, if we are more famous,
41:40people will come here.
41:41Later, our mosque's donations
41:43will pile up in the account bank.
41:47Such intentions need to be eliminated
41:50from building a mosque.
41:52Why?
41:53Because we do not want it
41:55to have a higher priority
41:58than the righteousness

43:34to Masjid-us-Sisa al-Taqwa.
43:36This refers to
43:38Masjid-Quba in Madinah.
43:40That is the first mosque
43:42before going to Masjid-Nabawi.
43:44In a hadith,
43:46the Prophet said
43:48that Salat in Masjid-Quba
43:50is like Umrah.
43:52So, if we have Umrah in Mecca,
43:54let us say someone has gone to Umrah
43:56and then went to visit
43:58Masjid-Nabawi.
44:00Sitting in a hotel there,
44:02we should take the opportunity
44:04to pray in Masjid-Quba
44:06even though it is only two rakat
44:08because the reward is like Umrah.
44:10Because Umrah is not in Madinah.
44:12Umrah is only in Mecca.
44:14Moreover, Allah said,
44:16فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّ نَأَيَّ تَطَحَّرُ
44:18There are
44:20youth or people
44:22who love
44:24to clean themselves.
44:26And Allah loves
44:28people who
44:30clean themselves.
44:32What is the story of this verse?
44:34The people in Masjid-Quba
44:36took a bath.
44:38When they went to the toilet,
44:40they used water to clean themselves
44:42and took a wudu.
44:44Apparently, using water after going to the toilet
44:46and taking a wudu is
44:48suharah that we learn in Fiqh.
44:50Allah said, Allah loves
44:52those who clean themselves.
44:54Why is it so special?
44:56Because the hypocrites
44:58or the disbelievers
45:00go to the toilet
45:02and sometimes they apologize.
45:04It is not about whether they are clean or not.
45:06It is more about wudu.
45:08Wudu is like
45:10what we learn in Surah Al-Ma'idah
45:12as a blessing
45:14that is perfected
45:16for people
45:18who believe, for Muslims.
45:20So, every time we can
45:22do wudu, we can do istinja
45:24from small hadath
45:26when we go to the toilet, we have to remember
45:28that it is something
45:30that differentiates us
45:32from people who do not
45:34believe. The more we do wudu
45:36at the right time,
45:38our wudu is for
45:40prayer. Prayer at the right time is a sign
45:42that is different from the hypocrites.
45:44They may pray
45:46late, or
45:48they may pray behind the Prophet with
45:50laziness and not
45:52adhering to the verses of the Quran
45:54that the Prophet read in Maghrib prayer,
45:56in Isha prayer, or in
45:58Subur prayer.
46:00So, here Allah said,
46:02although it looks like
46:04wudu is light,
46:06but behind wudu
46:08there is prayer, behind prayer
46:10there is Al-Quran, so that is why
46:12Allah loves those
46:14who adhere to
46:16wudu and
46:18come to the mosque,
46:20the mosque that is praised here,
46:22but every mosque that is built
46:24on the basis of taqwa
46:26leads to our resolution today.
46:28Let's see.
46:30First, maintain and
46:32maintain the sanctity of the mosque as a place
46:34for the worship of the Muslims, and
46:36do not give the opportunity to include
46:38the characteristics of derar, kufr,
46:40and to divide the believers,
46:42and also
46:44make it a place that endangers
46:46the safety of the country.
46:48Second,
46:50make the mosque a community center
46:52that unites the community,
46:54not to divide.
46:56Do not give the opportunity
46:58to the speakers to
47:00slander, slander, or
47:02to divide.
47:04As long as the Muslims have faith,
47:06we have to unite,
47:08even though the views are different.
47:10Third, establish prayer
47:12on the basis of taqwa, and always maintain
47:14cleanliness, because prayer,
47:16wudu, cleanliness, and
47:18Al-Quran complement
47:20each other.
47:22That is what is concluded
47:24with the term taqwa,
47:26which we need to fight for.
47:28Do not leave our wudu,
47:30even if it is for a very long time,
47:32up to 2-3 days, without wudu.
47:34That is because we do not pray.
47:36Or, if the person
47:38does not maintain his wudu on time,
47:40in the morning,
47:42wudu at 6am,
47:44then at 4am,
47:46then wudu again. Why?
47:48Zuhur is combined with asr,
47:50even though there is no musafir.
47:52We pray to Allah SWT,
47:54that we maintain the wudu
47:56because it is certain
47:58when we reach the hereafter.
48:00We pray to Allah SWT.
48:28And grant us the goodness
48:30of the hereafter, O Allah.

48:46verse 107, it talks about
48:48eradicating, destroying

48:56In fact, wudu is related to
48:58maintaining the unity.
49:00When this person's wudu is maintained,
49:02then it gives an effect on his
49:04prayer and will maintain
49:06the unity of the Muslims.
49:08People who like to divide the Muslims,
49:10their wudu is rarely maintained.
49:12Even if it is maintained,
49:14it does not touch the verses of the Quran
49:16to become more united,
49:18as is done by the hypocrites.
49:20This is what we want to fight in
