00:00At the same time as Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October,
00:04the Department of Health and the Philippine Cancer Society
00:08gave the importance of having knowledge about the disease.
00:13For example, early examination of breast cancer
00:16using breast self-examination, consultation with a health expert,
00:20and under a mammogram.
00:22The risk factors of breast cancer are also divided.
00:26The non-modifiable factors are age, gender, and history of family illness.
00:31While the modifiable factors are lifestyle choices,
00:35such as obesity, drinking alcohol, and lack of physical activity.
00:39It is not even the duty of the public to be early in examining
00:43in order to avoid any complication.
00:47Breast cancer is the top number one cancer in the Philippines
00:53for women and for both sexes.
00:55You can expect additional knowledge or assistance
