(Adnkronos) - “Per quanto riguarda il personale siamo in una situazione particolarmente severa di mercato, perché mancano professionisti e per quanto riguarda il nostro settore di ingegneri e ancor di più di ingegneri donne”. Così, Riccardo Schvarcz, presidente Ordine Ingegneri Padova, a margine della conferenza stampa di presentazione, su iniziativa del senatore Antonio De Poli, del Digitalmeet 2024, il più grande festival italiano su alfabetizzazione digitale per cittadini e imprese, in programma dal 21 al 27 ottobre 2024. Il titolo del convegno organizzato in Senato è ‘L’etica dell’intelligenza artificiale’.

01:05and, above all, it is moving towards different sectors and disciplines.
01:10Today we were talking about bioengineering, biomedicine,
01:15which had an explosion, only in Padova, at more than 256% of registrations compared to the previous year.
01:23On the other hand, we have a lack of female presence
01:28and, in particular, a reduction of civil engineering registrations, which I represent,
01:36and this is undoubtedly a serious problem.
01:41The last, to conclude, is the aspect of the escape of the brains, which in fact takes place
01:47in search of new possibilities and opportunities that are identified in countries far away from us,
01:59not only Europe, but in particular America and China.
02:02This is a serious problem that we are trying to work on,
02:08keeping, of course, from the point of view, above all, from the point of view of the business of the company,
02:13keeping the staff and young people who leave the university within the companies,
02:20obviously through a remuneration or, in any case, a welfare, a benefit,
02:25which can be pleasant and actually allow the permanence in the time of our students.
