Ingredients for 2 servings:

1 romaine lettuce
200g cherry tomatoes
100g cucumber
150g grilled chicken (or tofu)
50g crumbled feta cheese
Olive oil to taste
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Start by washing and chopping the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce with the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.

Add the grilled chicken (or tofu) and crumbled feta cheese.

Dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
