POTATO BURRITO 2 INGREDIENTS LOW CARB!
If you love potatoes, you absolutely have to try this burrito! It's SUPER EASY, light, and incredibly delicious! You can fill it like I did, or prepare a thousand other variations... so, will you give it a try??

Ingredients:
1-2 potatoes
80g grated cheese
Filling:
Half an avocado
Chicken breast
Mixed salad
Tomato
To taste hot sauce
Instructions:
Wash the potatoes and, using a mandoline, slice them thinly. Rinse the potato slices in cold water until the water runs clear.
Next, dry the potatoes and shape them into your “flatbread”!
On a lined baking tray, create a first layer with the potato slices and a second layer with the cheese.
Bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes, or in an air fryer at 170°C (338°F) for about 13 minutes.
Once the base is cooked, let it cool slightly, flip it over, and fill it!
Fold it over, and you’re done! Just bring it to the table—trust me, there won't be any crumbs left!
