These potato burgers are super easy, light, and very AFFORDABLE! They can be made in just 15 minutes and are suitable for everyone… will you give them a try??

Ingredients for 4 burgers:

500g potatoes (about 2 large potatoes)
80g potato starch
Salt to taste
Filling (optional):

30-50g cheese (we use mozzarella)
Instructions:
Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes, and immerse them in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, until they are soft.

Once cooked, drain the potatoes and mash them into a puree.

Now, simply mix all the ingredients until the mixture is well combined!

Shape your burgers; if you want to make them extra tasty, add some cheese in the center and cover with more mixture.

You can cook them in a pan (about 5-7 minutes per side), in the oven (fan-assisted, 200 degrees for 15 minutes), or in an air fryer (190 degrees for 12 minutes)!

Your cheesy burgers are ready to be served!
