दिल्ली: बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता शहजाद पूनावाला ने सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ पर कांग्रेस नेता उदित राज की टिप्पणी को लेकर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस की पहचान संवैधानिक पदों का अपमान, संवैधानिक संस्थाओं का अपमान। पहले कांग्रेस पार्टी ने प्रधानमंत्री पद का अपमान किया फिर उन्होंने चुनाव आयोग का अपमान किया और अब उन्होंने चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया को भी नहीं बख्शा है। ये दिखाता है कि कांग्रेस लोकतंत्र में नहीं परिवार तंत्र में यकीन रखती है। जब फैसला उनके हक में आता है तो वो संवैधानिक संस्थाओं को मानती है नहीं आता है तो वो संवैधानिक संस्थाओं को गाली देती है।
