00:33Signal No. 1 in the following places in the country,

00:36just like in Luzon, the southeastern portion of Isabela, particularly in Palanan and Dinapigue,

00:41Aurora, northern and eastern portions of Quezon,

00:44Tabilangnan, Tagkawayan, Guineaangan, Buenavista, San Narciso, San Andres, General Nacar,

00:50Pitogo, San Francisco, Calawag, Pagbilaw, Infanta, Lopez, Catanawan, Mulanay, Unisan, General Luna,

00:57Plaridel, Quezon, Alabat, Sampaloc, Padre Burgos, Makalelon, Mauban, Peres, Agdangan, Gumaca,

01:05Atimonan, Rial, Kamarines Norte, Kamarines Sur, Katanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon,

01:12and Masbate, Ticaw Island and Burias Island.

01:16In Visayas, Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Samar, Leyte, Biliran, and Southern Leyte.

01:22In Mindanao, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte, as part of the Siargao-Bucas Grande Group.

01:29In Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 3, which was released at 5 p.m. yesterday,

01:37which is now only 760 kilometers away, east of Catarman, Northern Samar.

01:43The strength of the wind was 55 kilometers per hour near the center,

03:11This typhoon will probably land on Thursday night or early morning on Friday,
