India has always been a natural extension of West Asia. Before Pakistan's existence, India and Iran shared a border. India must access CIS countries, and with its growing surplus, it is seeking new markets. Iran plays a crucial role in the North-South Corridor, alongside India and Russia, and India’s involvement in the Chabahar port enhances its strategic interests. PM recognizes the importance of strong ties with Iran. Any conflict in this region would heavily impact India due to its reliance on food and oil security, and the presence of millions of Indians living and visiting there. India is well-positioned to advocate for peace and leverage its good relations with stakeholders to prevent the conflict from expanding.

00:00See BRICS country is now is a major force. It's going to play a major role in the international arena where we will see
00:07people of the South-South are going to hear their voices to India is one of the leading force in the BRICS country and they can
00:14play a major role in
00:16Implementing what is there and addressing all the issues of the South cooperation?
00:21And I think there is a huge talk of de-dolarization
00:24there is a huge talk of an
00:26barter treatment read between the countries and there is also talk of
00:31Stopping the wars whether it is in your Russia Ukraine or whether it is in West Asia
00:35I think this is a very important summit and India will be
00:39Key players if the other party listen to India's voice that too. I remember when we traveled with the prime minister late prime minister
00:47Atal Bihari Vajpayee we went to China to with him and we were there in China and he said it even
00:53Mr. Manmohan Singh said it that the world is enough to for India and China to live together
00:59There is already a talk between India and China for years on the patrolling on the arms on disarmament disengagement
01:06It has been on and on. It's only the recent development have taken place after
01:112019 so
01:12vested interest nation would like to see India and China fight and I think the wisdom
01:17Prevalent this part of the world with the between the two giant of Asia
01:21That they are able to sit down across the table and solve their problem and that is the most important part and that is a strong
01:27message that India and China can give to the rest of the world and you cannot as
01:32India says you cannot choose your neighbor
01:34you have to leave with your neighbor and you have to find a compromise where both the neighbors can find without losing any or
01:42Compromising anything on your own national interest and I think both the leaders understood the importance at this juncture to have a peaceful
01:50Solution and come back to the table and renegotiate and settle as you have been for four years
01:55So there is nothing should be changed on the border and status quo should remain as it was you see
02:01I always advocate that India is a natural extension of West Asia
02:05Before the partition before Pakistan came to existence India and Iran had a border between them
02:11so it was a natural India has to have access to the CIS country India has to have
02:16prosper and India is now is having a surplus and searching for a new markets and
02:21Iran play a major role in the north-south corridors and they have already started from Russia Iran and India and now you are talking of
02:29Bricks also and you're talking of an entry into the CIS country where India is doing the Shah Bahar port
02:34I think Indian national interest lies as a priority for any
02:39Indian government officials who is sitting in the office?
02:42So I think the Prime Minister understood the strategic importance of a good relation with in with Iran
02:48So therefore any war break in this region
02:51India will be suffering number one because you are having more than 8 million Indian in the region where you have more than 14 million
02:58Indian annually visiting the region
03:00So all this having a great impact on India beside the food security and the oil security
03:06India will be suffering number one on this any kind of a conflict
03:10So India can advocate for a peace
03:12solution to the crisis and not it let it be expand and I think India have a good relation with all the
03:17Stakeholders and they can approach and they can reach to sort of an agreement if the other party is interested not to expand the war
