00:00We can say that finally there is housing, because we have been raising this issue for Italy for a long time, and Europe has also noticed it.
00:15It is not only an Italian problem, but more and more areas of the population, in all Member States, have the problem of housing.
00:23The need has changed, they want more flexible houses, they want more attention to the location, they probably also want European funds for housing,
00:35which is no longer called social housing, but accessible housing, the Italian translation is probably closer to housing, the accessible house.
00:45So obviously we greet with great favor, we hope in January to have already a picture that outlines in Europe the needs of housing.
00:56In Italy we also have a large public heritage that could be used in favor of the accessible house,
01:04and so it is a moment that we consider positive, because also Europe notices the problem of the house, not only Italy.
