I visited the Blackpool Tower Circus

00:00It's October half term and we've come to Blackpool to stay, there you go, Blackpool's

00:29Tower Circus, it's a beautiful day in Blackpool, we've got parked and we're going in a little

00:37bit early so that we can get a really good scene.

00:43Now you're not allowed to take pictures or videos inside the circus, so this is a picture

00:48from last year that was released to the public, but yeah there was really similar stunts happening

00:53this year, lots of variety and this is what I thought.

00:59Just got back in the car after watching the show, it was the third time that we've seen

01:07the show and it was a perfect mix of high art and fantastic athleticism and slapstick

01:19and comedy and music from the show band was completely live, that was brilliant, the lighting

01:26was superb, everybody enjoyed it, I think that any age would enjoy that, there was mums

01:34and dads, children, grandparents, couples just on their own.

01:39I've got to say I don't think maybe some of the stunts were quite as good as last year,

01:46last year they had motorcyclists in a big cage and it was genuinely jaw dropping and

01:53edge of your seat stuff, they didn't have that this year but yeah it was excellent.

01:59They did repeat some of the stunts from a couple of years ago including a table one

02:07with four men, I think Stooges, some of them Stooges involved, but you know what, it was

02:15brilliant, well worth going, fantastic on our doorstep, so I would check it out but

02:22I don't know how much longer it's got in the season but it's definitely one to put

02:24in your diary for any kind of summer holiday, October half term.

02:30I've got to put a special shout out to the clown, Mookie is it, there's two brothers

02:36that do it, one's a straight man, one's the comedy guy, the comedy guy, Mookie I think

02:41it is, he's absolutely brilliant, he absolutely makes it and pulls it together so fabulous
