00:09Later in the afternoon, the severe tropical storm Christine is expected to pass through the northern part of Luzon and the west of Philippines.

00:16It was 12.30 a.m. earlier this morning when the storm landed in Divilacan, Isabela, according to the forecast.

00:23For now, the storm Christine is in Cordillera.

00:25It has a wind speed of 95 kmph.

02:27Residents are advised to stay away from beaches or coastal areas.

02:31Based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather,

02:34it is still raining in almost the entire Luzon and some parts of Visayas.

02:38Intense to torrential rains are possible in some areas.

02:42Let's be alert, Kapuso, in the event of a flood or landslide.

02:47Some parts of the country will also be affected by a trough or an extension of the storm.
