00:00Here's a very intriguing spot in prime time in Madison at Camp
00:09Randall, Wisconsin hosts third ranked Penn State this number
00:13less than a touchdown in favor of the Nittany Lions. It is six
00:17and a half Penn State a bye week after the overtime win against
00:21USC favorite in every game this year Kev just two and four ATS
00:25they have not covered in Big Ten play Wisconsin has won three in
00:29a row they have covered in all three they have an average
00:32victory margin of nearly 34 points per game how competitive
00:36of a football game are we going to see in Madison tonight?
00:39I will leave Penn State but as somebody right now who has won
00:43everybody's place in the Penn State game and is desperate to
00:45keep that streak alive. I am playing this game under at 47
00:49and a half I know Wisconsin has shown some competence on the
00:53offensive side of the rock. I think somehow that's outweighing
00:55the fact that the defenses looked good and if one of those
00:58two things is going to hold against Penn State Joe, I think
01:00it's the defense more so here, Penn State little bit of a look
01:04ahead with the Buckeyes on deck as well. I'm going under the 47
01:07and a half it's possible I like Penn State here and the reason
01:10why from the series perspective, they've won six straight but I
01:13just think they have the better quarterback. When you look at
01:16Drew Aller and Braden Locke, even though lock through for
01:18over 300 a couple weeks ago, if they trail in this matchup, I
01:22think that's where Penn State does have the advantage. Put the
01:25game on Braden Locke shoulders and force them to play from
01:28behind. I would reluctantly lay the seven with Penn State.
