(Adnkronos) - Prima edizione del convegno ‘SLA: Metabolismo e Nutrizione. Nuove frontiere nella presa in carico’, nell’incantevole scenario dell’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo (Cn). L’evento, promosso dall’alleanza tra Centri Clinici NeMO, AISLA e SLAfood, sotto l’egida di Slow Food, si pone l’obiettivo di ridefinire il ruolo fondamentale di un intervento nutrizionale mirato nella presa in carico delle persone con Sla, al fine di agire concretamente sul decorso di malattia e migliorare la qualità di vita.
