00:46One of the people watching the fire was a fighter.

01:09Most of them are temporarily staying in a gym in a barangay and a school.

01:16In Cebu City, a woman who disappeared due to alcoholism was jailed.

01:24The woman came from a Halloween party in a bar.

01:27She took a taxi home and talked to the taxi driver who stopped for a while to pee.

01:33But the woman disappeared.

01:36And a car parked outside an auto shop was swept away.

01:42The woman was arrested and slapped with a complaint.

01:46She has no explanation.

01:49More than 200 liters of oil spilled from a tag boat in a river in Iloilo City.

01:56According to the captain of the tag boat, he was surprised when the car suddenly turned sideways.
