00:19We will first update you on the situation in Baguio, León.

00:23This is the last sighting of the 395-kilometer-east of Calaya, Cagayan.

00:27There is a strong 165-kilometer-per-hour wind

00:31and a 205-kilometer-per-hour storm.

00:34It is moving west-north-westward at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.

00:39As you can see, we have a tropical cyclone wind.

00:42Signal No. 3 here in Batanes and the eastern portion of Babuyan Islands.

00:46Signal No. 2 in the southern part of Babuyan Islands, Cagayan,

00:50northern and eastern portion of Isabela,

00:53and also here in Apayao, Calinga, northern and eastern portion of Abra,

00:57eastern portion of Mountain Province, and Ilocos Norte.

01:01Signal No. 1 in the southern part of Isabela, Mountain Province, and Abra,

01:06and also here in Quirinon, Nueva Vizcaya, Ipugao, Big Gate,

01:10Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Aurora,

01:14northeastern portion of Tarla, and also in Bulacan, Quezon,

01:18with Apodillo Islands, Camarines Norte, and northern and eastern portion of Catanuanes.

01:24We also have a high gale warning here in the seaboards of northern Luzon

01:28and eastern seaboards of central and southern Luzon.

01:31As we can see, we are not ignoring the possibility that this will be a super typhoon tomorrow,

01:38according to our forecast track.

01:40And it is possible that the closest approach here in Batanes

01:45will be tomorrow afternoon until noon.

01:48And we are still not ignoring the non-fall scenario here in Batanes.
