00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the turnover of patient transport vehicles and the launching of the commemorative stamps of the Fopin Charity Sweepstakes Office, or PCSO, during the agency's 90th anniversary celebration.

00:22Several local government units received the ambulances during an event in Manila.
