(Adnkronos) - Dare vita ad una realtà che potesse rappresentare al meglio la dedizione e l’amore della famiglia Agostoni-Vanini per il cacao. E’ questo l’obiettivo del marchio Vanini, punta di diamante dell’azienda Icam, nato nel 2014. Nel corso dei suoi primi 10 anni sul mercato, Vanini ha assunto un ruolo da protagonista lungo il percorso che va dal cuore del cacao all’eccellenza del cioccolato e che si è tradotto nel corso degli anni in tavolette, praline e uova di cioccolato, caratterizzati da una materia prima di eccellente qualità declinata di volta in volta attraverso ricette innovative e inaspettate. La scintilla che origina il progetto Vanini nasce dal Perù per giungere, poi, in Uganda, nella zona di Bundibugyo, dove viene scoperto un cacao d’altura dal profilo organolettico intenso e ricco diventato l’elemento attorno al quale l’azienda ha creato un progetto di sviluppo del territorio.

00:00A journey in the heart of cocoa began more than 75 years ago thanks to the commitment of ICAM, a chocolate manufacturing company based on the values of sustainability and quality, which has always taken care of the entire cocoa line and the people who contribute to its development.
00:21For 10 years, the role of protagonist along the path that goes from the heart of cocoa to the excellence of chocolate has also been transferred to Vanini, a diamond tip of ICAM, born in 2014 as a result of a strong business desire to give shape and substance to more than 75 years and three generations of experience and passion of the Agostoni-Vanini family for cocoa.
00:43The spark that originates the Vanini project comes from Peru, from which the company receives a championship of cocoa with unique characteristics in terms of organoleptic properties and history. The food use of this special cocoa dates back to 3,000 years before Christ, a sort of first-generation cocoa plant from which all other varieties have developed.
01:04The first trip is to Peru, where we will launch the brand on the market, which will be followed by other launches, not to mention our Uganda, which substantiates ICAM's commitment to the cocoa line, where, starting in 2010, we realized our subsidiary, ICAM Uganda.
01:27The second step, which marked the growth of the Vanini brand and the company, takes place in Uganda, in the Bundibugio area, where ICAM discovers a high-level cocoa with an intense and rich organoleptic profile, which has become the element around which the company has created a project to develop the territory.
01:57ICAM's thought process is linked to sustainability, so many agricultural support projects are born, mainly aimed at increasing the profitability of each region, to ensure that the income of farmers rises and, consequently, a positive momentum is introduced, with social and ethical reforms that are fundamental to us.
02:22Telling the story of ICAM's journey in the fields and in the countries, some founding pillars of the company emerge, namely supply chain, environment and people.
02:31To celebrate the ten years of Vanini, a masterclass has been organized, the fourth pillar of the company strategy, innovation, is the protagonist.
02:40The last journey takes us to the present, with the Testing Experience line, a line of products aimed at those who want to experience the different taste consistencies, the different types of chocolate.

03:11She will guide us in a masterclass that has as an object a typical and well-known international dessert, which is Cheesecake.
03:19Cheesecake is one of the two new flavors that we launch this year in the markets, with a strong character of innovation, because it is a tablet with double layers of chocolate, that is, two different layers of chocolate in a single tablet, to represent this dessert loved by all consumers.
