00:46For the families of those who died when the Super Typhoon Yolanda hit Tacloban,
00:52they have a habit of gathering to plant flowers and make candles.

01:13every year they gather at Plaza Rizal for a Candle and Flower Fair.
01:19All 20 participants in the Candle and Flower Fair are Super Typhoon Yolanda survivors.
