00:00Tropical Storm Marseille erupted when it entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility early this morning.

00:07Based on a 5 a.m. forecast, the center of Marseille was hit by a 935-kilometer-long storm off the eastern coast of Visayas.

00:15The strong winds were up to 65 kilometers per hour.

00:19Like other types of storms, it could hit northern or extreme northern Luzon.

00:25The storm Marseille could approach or unfold.

00:28It could also have rapid intensification.

00:32Just this weekend, Marseille was formed in the Pacific Ocean.

00:36Just a few hours ago, it became a tropical depression and erupted as a tropical storm

00:41before the PAR entered early this morning at 2 a.m.

00:45As of now, there is no wind signal in any part of the country.
