00:00Almost a million Family Food Packs of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, DSWD,
00:07in affected areas of Baguio-Marce, are now ready.
00:10According to the DSWD, there is a stockpile of Family Food Packs
00:15that is ready to be distributed throughout the Philippines,
00:18particularly in the towns or provinces that will be affected by the calamity.
00:22Around 300,000 Family Food Packs are ready to be distributed in Northern Luzon.
00:29This is based on the PREDICT tool used by the government
00:33to find out how many families will be affected by the storm.
00:37This is based on the work carried out by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council
00:43or NDRRMC, which has fully activated several hubs in the town,
00:48particularly in Central Luzon,
00:50as well as repacking stations in Visayas and Pasay City.
00:55Meanwhile, the work of distributing Family Food Packs
01:01and assistance to those affected by the storms Christine and Leon in the past few weeks continues.
