00:00This is the second round of our assistance and caregiving.

00:06When we first came here, we were talking about relief goods, rescue, everything.

00:14Now that we've passed that phase,

00:19we're here to give help to those who have lost their livelihoods.

00:26Our farmers and fishermen.

00:32Because we know that when there's a typhoon or a flood like this,

00:38there's a lot of damage to the crops and fish.

00:42We saw this when we first came here.

00:46So I said,

00:48we're not just giving to the Department of Agriculture,

00:52but we're also adding funds from the Office of the President

00:59to help give P10,000 to our farmers, fishermen, and fishermen.

01:07We're here again.

01:09And I hope that when we come back here,

01:15the typhoon won't happen again.

01:18We'll just talk about how to properly provide assistance to our countrymen.
