What is Gola Kabab or Muthi Kabab?
Gola kabab is a soft, melt-in-your-mouth, oval-shaped rolled meat kabab that originated in Kandahar, Afghanistan. It's traditionally grilled over charcoal, but can also be cooked in a pan. Gola kabab is often made with beef or mutton, but chicken mince can also be used.
Gola Kabab Recipe:
Mutton Mince / Qeema 750 gm
Cumin / Zeera Powder ( Roasted ) 1 tbsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tbsp or To Taste
Hot Spices / Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander / Dhanya Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric / Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes / Kuti Lal Mirch 1 tbsp
Red Chilli / Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Mix All The Spices Well
Ginger Garlic / Adrak Lehsan Paste 2 tbsp
Mint Leaf / Podine Ke Patte ( Chopped ) 1/2 Cup
Green Coriander / Hara Dhanya ( Chopped ) 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli / Hari Mirch ( Chopped ) 6 to 8
Onion / Pyaaz ( Chopped ) 1 Big
Egg 1
Mix Well
Make Gola Kabab With Hands
Oil 1/4 Cup
Fry Gola Kabab In Hot Oil
Fry Gola Kabab On Medium to Low Flame
