00:06The storm Pepito is getting stronger as it moves towards Pacanluran.
00:10The center of the storm is finally visible at a distance of 630 kilometers east of Guiwan, Eastern Samar.
00:16It removes the strong winds that reach up to 130 kilometers per hour
00:21and the downpours that reach up to 160 kilometers per hour.
00:26Because of this, the signal number 2 is high in the eastern portion of Northern and Eastern Samar and Biliran.
00:34Signal number 1 is in Quezon Province, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate.
00:42According to the forecast track, it is possible that it will landfall in Catanduanes tomorrow night.
00:50It is also possible that it will landfall in Albay and Sorsogon.
00:55The affected areas are being taken care of.
01:00Meanwhile, the town of Santa Ana in Cagayan is isolated because of the landslides caused by the Ophel Storm.
01:06According to the Philippine Information Agency Cagayan,
