00:12The last sighting of Baguiong Pepito is at a distance of 185 kilometers east of Gataruman, Northern Samar

00:19or 250 kilometers east of Huban, Sorsogon.

00:23This is due to the strong winds of 185 kilometers per hour and a gust of 230 kilometers per hour.

00:31It is possible for a landfall of Baguiong Pepito in Catanduanes later tonight or tomorrow morning.

00:37Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4 is high in Catanduanes, northeastern portion of Camarines Sur.

00:45Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 is high in the eastern portion of Camarines Norte,

00:52northern and southeastern portion of Camarines Sur, eastern portion of Albay,
