01:05The Typhoon Pepito is possible to landfall in Catanduanes from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

03:01DOST Pag-asa clarified that what was experienced in some places in Bicol Region is Ocean Swelling and not Storm Surge.
03:10DOST Pag-asa also explained that Ocean Swelling happens when there is a near storm where there are several series of waves with long wavelength.
03:20While Storm Surge or Daluyong happens when there is strong wind.
03:25It usually happens when there is a storm in the area.
03:29At the same time, DOST Pag-asa issued a Storm Surge Warning in several places in the country.
03:35More than 3 meters of water is expected in La Union, Pangasinan, Quezon, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Sorsogon and Eastern Samar.
03:48Residents who live in low-lying coastal communities should be careful and evacuate if their situation is not safe.
