00:00What was your favorite game today?
00:06You know, I'm going to have to go with Wisconsin and Oregon, just because I didn't expect that
00:12one to be so competitive. I know folks who like points and if you had the over, I'm sorry,
00:17that was a 16-13 final. But, you know, Oregon got tested and we didn't expect it. Now, the
00:22Ohio State game a few weeks back, of course, 32-31, that was supposed to be nip and tuck.
00:28That was supposed to be a 60-minute battle. But struggling against Wisconsin was a bit
00:33of a surprise. Love that crowd in Madison. You know, I mean, end of the third quarter,
00:39you just can't beat, you know, jumping around. I love that Oregon was getting involved in
00:43jumping around with the Wisconsin fans and the Wisconsin players. I like this for the
00:48Ducks, Casey, because it shows that in a low-scoring game, Dylan Gabriel did not look Heisman-worthy
00:54in this game. I think Travis Hunter has begun to build an even bigger lead in terms of being
01:01the Heisman favorite at this point. But seeing Oregon play kind of a backyard brawl, an alley
01:07fight surviving, even though it looks ugly, Casey, I think this bodes well for Oregon
01:13down the stretch, ultimately in the Big Ten title game and in the playoffs.
01:18Absolutely. And I was talking to a number of the guys here on the network about it because
01:23after the Lions nearly fell short to the Texans, Dan Campbell said these are the kind
01:27of wins that you need. You have to figure out how to adjust and how to have this adversity
01:32in a game and how to not have your best football ahead of you but still come out on top. And
01:36it's those gritty wins that kind of help you have those bigger successes in the postseason.
01:40And I feel like that applied to today's game for a number of the top teams that we're seeing
01:44around the nation right now, Oregon being one of them. They didn't have as much competition.
01:47They weren't facing ranked teams in the beginning. Their defense was still kind of letting up
01:50more points that you're comfortable with, but you couldn't argue their performance.
01:54Today was a perfect example of that and a big shout out to Wisconsin because again,
01:57they lost their QB one in September. They've still been able to push a number of top opponents
02:01against the ropes and it was great football regardless and a big win either way for Oregon.
