00:00What are the challenges of artificial intelligence?
00:04Artificial intelligence is just one of the technologies that is evolving more and more rapidly,
00:10so it even has an exponential growth, so the challenges are those of speed.
00:15Companies must be able to intercept this change,
00:19providing the right economic resources to be able to invest in infrastructure,
00:24so that the data can be well protected,
00:27and certainly there is also the computational capacity necessary to be able to develop algorithms
00:32that then allow correct predictive analysis.
00:36Then, as far as human resources are concerned,
00:38so the talents, the people with the skills,
00:41who know how to manage this new technology.
00:44Finally, companies must work to review all the governance
00:47in order to be able to intercept this speed in the best possible way,
00:51so trying to streamline, to be less bureaucratic,
00:54to be able to take advantage of this change in the best way to be able to be competitive on the market.
00:59The model is always that of collaborations,
01:01so certainly that of being able to build an open platform.
01:04I have always suggested in recent months the creation of an academy of academies,
01:08so companies must try to build a network of their own skills,
01:13or in any case of the capacity to train skills,
01:16which can also be available for companies from different sectors.
01:19So this exchange can certainly facilitate companies to be much more prepared.
01:24Finally, the collaboration with universities,
01:26with research centers and with technological partners
01:29to be able to accelerate the entire training process.
01:32Last but not least, the public-private collaboration,
01:35which is what allows to be able to provide important resources
01:39to be able to guarantee a certain type of training,
01:42not only of new people,
01:44so the new talents we need,
01:46but also the part of re-skilling, up-skilling of existing resources.
01:50So it is certainly a platform that has multiple entry points
01:54and it is essential to work on all of them.
