00:00Bill, the rankings come out tonight. Let's take a look at your top seven and we'll get
00:07some some things figured out here. I guess the question and you know we're gonna preview
00:11these games later in the week. Let's focus on this for now. Indiana with a win is gonna
00:17be staying in the college football playoffs. If they lose, Bill, if they lose to Ohio State,
00:23look, I mean, look how long it has taken them to get any respect to move up to number five
00:28at 10 and 0. I'm afraid for them, Bill, if they lose, they drop out of the top 12. Well,
00:33because of that fifth SEC team, you know, we spent all week doing these SEC tiebreakers
00:38and Tennessee's that team that will probably be squeezed out tonight. Do you think their
00:42fans are going to take that lightly with two losses? They played Alabama. They played Georgia.
00:47You put their resume up against an Indiana who hasn't beat a ranked team. And I think
00:52the result is very important this weekend in Columbus. If Indiana goes out and gets
00:56beat 38 to 7, that would lend credence to these SEC teams that have played all these
01:01tough games. So, yes, I agree with you. If they lose badly this weekend, they are going
01:07to be put under a lot of scrutiny by these SEC playoff teams. Yeah. And closing out the
01:14top 12 Mississippi will play the Gators this week. All of a sudden, the Gators seem to
01:17be playing a little bit better. So we'll see what the result of that game is. Miami is
01:21back at it this week, ranked number 10. And then on the outside looking in, we have BYU
01:25who we've discussed and then SMU at 14. But, you know, the Mustangs fans right now, Bill,
01:30you know, the kids at the school, they're probably upset that they're number 14. They
01:34shouldn't be. They control their own destiny. As long as they win out, they're going to
01:37be in. And they got a chance to do that. They took care of business against Boston College.
01:41They have a tricky road game at Virginia this weekend. I just be careful with that one.
01:46And then if they win out, they're in. So there's no problem, I think, with the ACC and the
01:50Big 12. It's understood that you have two one bid leagues. So if you're that fifth SEC
01:56team trying to get in the playoff, your options are pick on Indiana or root like crazy for
02:01Army this weekend against Notre Dame because that would push the Irish out of the playoff
02:04picture.
