00:36Right now, the Northeast Monsoon or Hangi Ngamihan is shining here in the extreme northern zone.
00:42Because of this, we expect that the Batanes will experience a heavy downpour of rain.
00:47Meanwhile, the Easter days are shining in a large part of our country, including Metro Manila.
00:53We expect that we will experience a hot and humid weather until the afternoon.
00:59There is a high chance of heavy downpours in the afternoon and night, like localized thunderstorms.
