02:21We need to emphasize the importance of the Open Skies Policy.
02:26We need to emphasize the importance of the Open Skies Policy.
02:31This means that we can fly anywhere in ASEAN countries.
02:36This makes it easier for our airlines to fly.
02:41Malaysia benefits from the Open Skies Policy.
02:46Open Skies means that we can fly anywhere.
02:51Open Skies means that we can fly anywhere.
02:56We benefit from the Open Skies Policy because our airlines, especially ASEAN,
03:01Batik, Malaysia Airlines, have a lot of flights in ASEAN.
03:06Especially ASEAN, which is the hub in Kuala Lumpur, we can fly to many places in ASEAN.
03:11After all the countries have signed the agreement, it is up to the authorities.
03:16In Kuala Lumpur, we have already signed it and many countries will sign it.
03:21For example, Vietnam wants to sign it, but they have a protocol that they cannot sign it openly.
03:26That is why we need to hold a media conference first.
03:31It is their own protocol. They cannot sign any agreement openly.
03:36But there are a few countries that have not signed it yet.
03:41We will circulate it to them. Once they have signed it,
03:44it means that this protocol will become stronger.
03:47Probably by next year.
03:51They have their own instruments. Once they have signed it,
03:54the ASEAN Secretariat will finalize it.
