00:15The ICC judges say they were reasonable grounds to believe Netanyahu and Yoav Galant were criminally responsible for acts including murder, persecution, and starvation as a weapon of war.
00:26It adds, it's a widespread and systemic attack against the civilian population of Gaza.
00:31The warrant for Masri lists charges of mass killings during the October 7, 2023 attacks on Israel that triggered the Gaza war, and also charges of rape and the taking of hostages.

00:52The United States, Israel's main supporter and not a member of the ICC, said it fundamentally rejects the move.
