02:03There are also 8 municipalities that don't have a district and don't have a province.

02:10But they won the plebiscite so they are included in BARMM.

02:16The Chief Executive has also instructed that the BARMM Parliamentary Elections in the 2025 Midterm Elections can be held simultaneously
