00:00Fili is a vision that starts from the railway, which is our job, to continue to invest, thanks to the funds of the Lombardy region, on iron and on trains.
00:14The vision, however, raises the gaze and looks at stations as places not only of transit, but also a meeting place.
00:23We asked the help of large firms of architecture to design the new stations and make the urban context a qualifying element of the stations.
00:34This morning we attended the vision of many projects, none of which was defined as a project of the center of Milan, or the periphery of Milan, or the Interland, or small centers.
00:48Each had its own value and this was the result, that is, to make them equi-potential, the possibility for every citizen, based on their own economic and social needs,
00:59and the habit of being able to choose an equi-potential place on the level of services, regardless of the place of residence, large city or small center.
01:11This allows to reverse, at least this is the attempt, the tendency to go to large cities, becoming not megacities, but megalopolises, and therefore maintain that identity character that is typical of our region.
01:25Valuation is not only of large centers, but also of small centers, so it is a possibility that is given to those places that are often defined with a foreign or negative term of the bourgeoisie.
01:42We try to reverse this condition, bringing universities, bringing social housing, making a network with the territory, in order to enhance everything that a city and a territory can offer.
