00:20Escudero said that the handling and endorsement of the impeachment in the House of Representatives is the beginning of a process to ensure accountability to the highest leaders of the country.

00:30Because of the developments Joshua, Escudero urged his fellow Senators to avoid commenting on the allegations in the impeachment complaint.

00:40Because the Senate will be established as an impeachment court, it will affect the integrity of the impeachment trial and the trust of the people in the Senate as an institution.
