00:00The Philippine Coast Guard and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources launched a new water cannon while patrolling Bajo de Basilo this morning.

00:18According to PCG Spokesperson Commodore J. Terriela, at 6.30am, the CCG 3302 water cannon bombed the BRP Datu Pagbuhaya while at 16 nautical miles south of Bajo de Basiloc.

00:34In addition, PCG vessels, including the BRP Teresa Magbanwa, were also affected by the damage.

00:48PCG and BFAR are once again committed to their duty to protect the rights and safety of Filipino fishermen within our maritime jurisdiction.

01:01The Department of Foreign Affairs instructed the public to renew their passport application early this holiday season.

01:09The DFA also explained that this is the time of Christmas.

01:13The high demand for passport services is expected.

01:16Therefore, in order to avoid any risk, it is better to apply early.

01:21The DFA also reminded people to avoid booking flights or submitting a visa application without a valid passport for six months.

01:31For the proper process of the passport, set an appointment at www.passport.gov.ph and prepare the necessary documents.

01:43Screenshots of chat conversations can be used as evidence in court, according to the Supreme Court.

01:50In the decision made by Associate Justice Mario Lopez, he asked if the screenshot or video can be used as evidence of their violation of the crime.

02:01In Lopez's decision, the Supreme Court rejected the argument of Eul Vincent Rodriguez,

02:08who used a screenshot of his conversation with a police officer who claims to be a customer of the entrapment operation as a violation of the Data Privacy Act.

02:19In the end, Rodriguez was found guilty of qualified trafficking in persons under the Anti-Trafficking of Persons Act.
