00:00In line with his government's policy to secure farmer welfare and economic growth,
00:05the president headed south to hand out land titles and get out of debt slash freedom from
00:10mortgage payment certificates to agrarian reform beneficiaries and leading to complete
00:14emancipation on long-standing debts and old mortgage payments on the lands they have tilled.

00:24President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. delivered gifts early to farmers in the Soxhagen region.
00:29Around 1,200 land titles were distributed to beneficiaries under the agrarian reform program.
00:36In addition, approximately 13,500 certificates of condemnation with the release of mortgage
00:43were handed over to farmers in Sarangani, Cotabato, South Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat provinces.
00:50The initiative reflects the president's commitment to lifting farmers out of debt
00:54and improving their quality of life.
00:57The debt of almost P1 billion will be lifted along with amortization, interest, and surcharges
01:07of our farmers.

01:18You can now use it for new equipment to increase the yield and increase the quality of your

01:28President Marcos, Jr. emphasized that a strong and vibrant agriculture sector is key to a
01:34flourishing economy.
01:35To further strengthen agriculture, the Department of Agrarian Reform has vowed additional support
01:41and initiatives.
01:42A stack of farm machineries and equipment will arrive here in Region 12.
