00:18whose full name is Azman Sia Alias, after he pleaded guilty to the offence.
00:23The court ordered the sentencing to begin from Friday.
00:27According to the charge, Azman committed the act with a 19-year-old boy at a house on Jalan Sungai Bertek at 9.15pm on June 10, 2022.
00:39The offence falls under Section 377D of the Penal Code, which carries a penalty of up to two years in prison if convicted.
00:48This follows a separate case in September where Azman was sentenced to 24 years in prison
00:54and two strokes of the cane for sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy two years ago.
