00:00The country moves with power, but does not progress.
00:03There is no internet in that country.
00:05We have shut down the internet.
00:06When the youth of this country look at the laws of this country,
00:10that there are laws in this country to the extent of slogans,
00:12there is no compliance with the law,
00:14why would anyone want to live in this country?
00:16The citizens of this country are leaving this country.
00:20Chairman Naib's biggest concern is how he is taking money abroad.
00:24We believe that tackling corruption is fighting only the symptom.
00:28Symptom of a wider disease,
00:30and this disease stems from the societal degeneration that we face today.
00:34So we have to work to create an environment
00:37in which the society as a whole reflects abhorrence to the moral decay.
00:41This was Chairman Naib.
00:43Today was the International Day of Badunwani.
00:45We were talking about moral decay,
00:47which has morally fallen in our society.
00:50Where corruption, badunwani is becoming normal.
00:57In earlier times, it was not easy to enter the homes of corrupt people.
01:02Now people easily engage with those people
01:05about whom everyone knows that they have money for theft.
01:09But this is what he was calling moral decay.
01:13He also said that Naib has achieved a lot of success in the past few years.
01:19The real problem is what is the definition of Naib's success.
01:24What is the meaning of the success that you have achieved?
01:28Are the cases against political opponents for Naib,
01:32the arrests, the cases of people hanged on political foundations,
01:38this is called success?
01:40The problem is that in our country,
01:42the first goal is something else, then it changes.
01:45The goals change.
01:47Those who had the first cases, those cases end.
01:50They end in a great way.
01:52New cases are made.
01:54Earlier also Naib was doing this well.
01:57Now also this work is going on vigorously.
02:00In our country, Naib has to decide on the basis of
02:04what is the political purpose of any action?
02:07What is the benefit of it?
02:09Is it benefiting?
02:10It is unfortunate in our country that
02:12instead of doing one's own work, institutions do politics.
02:16On whom, when, how to make a case,
02:18at what time for engineering,
02:20who has to be used?
02:22In these cases, more than merit,
02:24politics is involved.
02:26This same politics is called success in Naib's papers.
02:31Chairman, Naib also said that people are leaving the country.
02:36What did he say?
02:38Let's listen first.
02:40Let's see if the focus of those who leave their country is right or not.
02:45While we are focused on traditional money laundering cases,
02:48let me tell you the world has moved on.
02:50There are new trends and new challenges which have emerged.
02:52A country like Pakistan is the immigration challenge.
02:55It is draining our resources.
02:56It is bleeding our economy.
02:57Last year, 1.2 million Pakistanis left abroad for greener pastures.
03:01But our concern is that we need to know
03:03whether the money that they have taken along,
03:05was it from the prescribed banking channel
03:07or was it through some dubious means?
03:09Now this is our concern.
03:11Wow!
03:12In a country where brain drain is taking place,
03:15in a country where citizens are leaving the country,
03:19who are educated people,
03:21basically most of the people are educated people
03:24who can leave the country,
03:26Chairman Naib's biggest concern is
03:29how he is taking the money abroad.
03:31However, the concern of the whole of Pakistan should be
03:34why is he leaving Pakistan?
03:36Because when the educated people of your country,
03:41who have to run this country,
03:44when they leave this country
03:46and go to another country,
03:48their loss in the coming years
03:53will have to be borne by this country.
03:56But what is our focus?
03:58How has he taken the money abroad?
04:00He has gone abroad to earn money.
04:01There are some people who have taken the money abroad.
04:03They say,
04:04these days the laws abroad are very strict.
04:07You cannot easily take money to bank accounts.
04:10But most of the educated people
04:13have gone abroad in search of a job.
04:16Why are they leaving?
04:17If you look at the situation in this country,
04:19you will understand the reason for brain drain.
04:21Why would today's youth want to live in this country?
04:24There is a fear in this country.
04:26If you are a politician,
04:28then that is the threat.
04:30Even if you want to protest,
04:32you may not be able to do it.
04:34You don't know what will happen.
04:35When will the police raid?
04:38When the people who protect you
04:40become your enemies
04:42and you start to fear them,
04:44then it becomes difficult to live in such societies.
04:47There is a collapse in the political environment of this country.
04:50There is a political struggle for survival.
04:53The casualty of this struggle is everyone else.
04:59In this struggle for survival,
05:02the biggest casualty is the country.
05:08The world does not believe in freedom of expression.
05:11There are millions of marches in the capitals of the world.
05:13People participate according to their political beliefs.
05:17But when people's political opinions are questioned,
05:21then whoever can go will go.
05:25If there is no opportunity in this country,
05:28if there is no internet in this country,
05:32we have shut down the internet.
05:34I was looking at the world economy.
05:36There are exports of hundreds of billions of dollars
05:38on the internet and IT.
05:40And our country's single-digit export is for this.
05:44Because we don't know when the internet will work
05:46and when it will not work.
05:48So what will the young people who are IT-based do?
05:51If your country's system and economy are not flourishing,
05:56then what will they do?
05:58They will leave the country.
06:00When the youth of this country see the rules of this country,
06:03that there are rules in this country to the extent of slogans,
06:05there is no compliance with the law,
06:07why would anyone want to live in this country?
06:09People express their opinions by voting in the elections.
06:12In our country, it has become a taunt
06:14that there is no free and fair election in this country.
06:17When this happens, why would anyone want to live in this country?
06:20Elections are the foundation of democracy.
06:22People are given the opportunity to elect their representatives.
06:25When there is confusion in this practice,
06:27then which practice will remain clean?
06:29When the courts, when such governments will be formed,
06:31then the courts will also be poisoned.
06:33The system will be legislated to control and enforce it.
06:37People are not poisoned in a good system.
06:40They are empowered.
06:42They are made powerful.
06:44Rights are given to them and they are protected.
06:47That is why successful societies are successful
06:49and that is why we are unsuccessful.
06:51If today's youth understands that
06:53their part is not in the decision-making of this country,
06:56then this country is absolutely right.
06:59Because this country is made for nobility.
07:01And who is nobility?
07:03Those people who fight and win elections in this country,
07:06who are on the power of this country,
07:08who we call elite.
07:10That is the reality of this country.
07:12When the relationship of the state with the people
07:14becomes of this nature,
07:16like that of the king and the people,
07:18then people want to find their future somewhere else.
07:20We will have to stop and think
07:22what we are doing with this country.
07:24Is this country going to run like this?
07:26Was it made to run like this?
07:28If this country has to run properly,
07:31I think a new Imrani agreement is needed.
07:34It is necessary to reset the country and its system.
07:38A country can run with power,
07:40but it does not progress.
07:42All of us have to play our role in this.
07:44A transparent practice
07:46and a law
07:48according to which this country can run.
07:50Not on desires,
07:52it is too much.
07:54Now I think everyone is convinced
07:56that this country cannot run like this.
07:58The biggest question at this time is
08:00what is our intention to change it?
08:02Are we ready to sacrifice our interests for the country?
08:06If the answer is strong,
08:08then we can move on.
08:10To run the system,
08:12we need credibility,
08:14legitimacy,
08:16which will create the atmosphere of our country
08:20so that this country can be run in a better way.
